The front-desk staff are extraordinary! Prior to our trip, they responded immediately to our email inquiries about cruise port to hotel and hotel to airport transfers. Martina, Patrizio, Vittorio & Jon all quickly responded to our email inquires! On disembarkation day, a black taxi was waiting for us to transport us to Hotel Lunetta. When we arrived at the hotel, we were treated to cappuccinos and cookies! Claudio set us up with a small-group tour of the Colosseum that afternoon and the Vatican the next morning. They also made taxi arrangements to each site and arranged for taxi service to the Fontana di Trevi. Vittorio was understanding that tourist have a hard time navigating Rome, he gave us suggestions on finding our way back to the hotel should we venture out. Tatiana was also very pleasant every time we saw her at the desk. We were pleasantly surprised at the spacious accommodations. The staff upgraded us to a suite! It had a shower and separate tub, twin sinks, bidet, plush towels, bath robes and flip flops! The bed was a comfortable king size! Everything was immaculate. The room exceeded our expectations. This hotel was perfect! This was my first trip to Rome and I could not have been happier with the location and the service of Hotel Lunetta. They add a personal touch to everything and are very very kind and helpful. The location can’t be beat-easy walking distance to major sights and they can get a cab to the front door for you within minutes. The free breakfast was top notch and the waitstaff very attentive. The room was very comfy with quality toiletries and amenities. I will be back and will recommend them to EVERYONE! ❤️

The location couldn't be better! Room was quiet and quite spacious. Staff was very helpful. When returning to Rome we will def stay here again.

This place is truly amazing. Everyone is very kind and my husband and I had a really great time. We found this place through groupon and I am happy that they treated us so well. The spa was relaxing, the massage was great and the food that they served us was tasty. We were not expecting such a great experiece with a reasonable price. Thank you so much. ❤️

This hotel has been sheltering pilgrims since the 1300's. The kindness and professional staff has been outstanding. As we arrived as an English-speaking couple were leaving. They couldn`t praise the Lunnetta enough. Nor can I. Individual climate controlled rooms are a must for me and it is rare in Europe. Had any problem and the front desk helps in ways I didn't know were possible. We didn't avail ourselves of the spa because Rome called us. Happy New Year, and Bon Anno everyone.

The building itself is fantastic, second oldest dwelling turned hotel in Rome. But the staff set it apart. Nothing was too much trouble.

Very nicely kept room 202 with great immenities, pleasantly accommodating staff, and a top notch continental breakfast. Loved the honey wheat croissants!

Nice hotel, only went for the spa so cannot comment on the rooms. Had a great time at the spa, wife and I did a 90 minute session each. Enjoyed the relaxation room afterwards with a good tea.

We had a wonderful afternoon in the hotel spa. Lovely property nestled in the historic heart of Rome. The spa was built inside the old Pompey theatre, creating a striking and unique atmosphere. At the treatments, an aperitif was followed at the property's bar and we also enjoyed the excellent food in the kitchen. In conclusion we spent some very pleasant hours of absolute relaxation!

Me and wife stayed for 12 days and everything was GREAT! We did massages, chilled in the spa, ordered wine, breakfast was delicious, and the service desk was very helpful. The massages were fantastic a little on the pricey side but well worth it.

I was only at the hotel for a few hours to take advantage of the spa. What to say, spectacular. Friendly staff, both inside the spa and at the hotel's receptions. Cleanliness and professionalism as well as availability. The bathroom of the spa impeccable, so the hallways. I did not stay but I have no doubt about the quality.

Very nice 4-star hotel in historic walls, very modern furnished. The rooms, with their size, are trendy in a city hotel. Very friendly and competent staff. Advocative small SPA area with really great service.
All very clean and new. Breakfast is very good with local produce … Who expects salmon and other finesse here will be disappointed … You don't have to either, we are in Rome and want to enjoy the Roman flair.
In the bottom of it, we really liked it and we'll be back.

Very nice hotel with a spa and a small relaxation room in the basement. The walls of the relaxation room are dating 56 BC, which is pretty impressive. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is very filling and good, however make sure to be there before 10am since they are start running out of items and not bringing out more. The rooms are small, yet expected in the heart of Rome. My biggest problems with the hotel were the TV, which hooked up to a problematic at times TV box and the bathroom. The shower heads I am assuming are not cleaned very often and they spray all over the place. The shower itself is in the corner, however there is no barrier and the wall only covers very little, so the floor is covered with water once you are done.

Tried the Boscolo package for the wellness area plus the aperitif: recommended.

Wonderful stay at a great location. Claudio took us in when a booking fell through at the last minute. Bless you sir. Very nice breakfast and we also enjoyed happy hour on the garden terrace. Rooms were immaculate and we enjoyed the free spa service (pool, sauna, steam) while visiting. Highly recommended.

Great hotel. We stayed in the family suite, which IS the 4th floor. Basically it's 2 connected rooms, one has a large bathroom with a tub and the other has a nice private terrace. The breakfast was excellent, the staff super friendly and the spa relaxing. Highly recommended!

The service and the spa is very fun and excellent. I don't recommend this hotel.

My wife and I stayed for a long weekend without the children. We had an amazing time. Hotel conceriege (and all the staff) were very helpful. They made all of our reservations and booked my wife's massage treatments. The wife absolutely loved her massages. The spa and pool were excellent (albeit the pool is small… but relaxing). Location was within 15-20 minute walk to all attractions (Vatican, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, etc. ) Breakfast in the morning was perfect and had lots of options of hot foods, meats, cheeses, fruits, breads, etc, etc. We will absolutely stay here again. Oh yeah, the pizzeria outside was amazing… delicious slices! Thank you to the staff!

Very good location in the center but quiet… excellent cleanliness and kindness at the reception make it one of the best hotels in Rome if you put pure spa and wellness Center and the top! Watch the car park first… The hotel is located in a Ztl.

Great Hotel. Awesome location. We stayed in room 302, it was spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful and large bathroom. Also, a really nice spa, and a rooftop bar which is great at night.

Good location in the old Rome. Walking distance to all the major tourists sites. A wonderful hotel with high standards. The staff is helpful and kind. Rely fast to answer questions on e-mail and they are all rely good in the English language. The breakfast is continental which in Italy is unusual. The spa is free to use. And the rooftop bar has a cosey atmosphere. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Myself, my mother, and my best friend were traveling for 4 nights and 5 days to this fantastic city of culture and art, but we were met with a disgraceful attitude by the hotel, who knows that we are at the mercy of their staff and hidden policies. The Hotel does not notify you that you cannot bring 3 people to a "specific category of room". This means that in order to even have the permission to be charged extra, your room must be in a category of "presidential suite" or "Family Suite". When checking in, I told them that I would have an extra guest for a few of the nights and they told me it would be absolutely no problem if he would like to sleep on the floor. I even upgraded the room for an extra $40 a night if it meant having extra space and pleasing the hotel who were so intent on upgrading our room. I double checked to be sure that this would mean our extra guest would stay comfortably, and Jon assured us so. We stayed 3 nights since we were made so uncomfortable by the staff, and actually had to leave to Positano and stay overnight because I did not want to go back to this junkyard.

Beautiful Hotel in a perfect central location. Service was fantastic. Alexander, Martina and Alessia from Reception were excellent. As the Hotel is small it has a lovely personal touch that larger Hotels don't have. Rooms and bathrooms were great. Would return for sure and would happily recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Rome. Also the Spa was lovely and the Aromatherapy massage was the best I have had.

Very helpful staff as well as good location taxis can pull right up to the hotel also all you can eat breakfast.

Absolutely the best! The personnel was fantastic! The roof top bar… top notch! Service excellent! Location, location, location! Within walking distance to Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon and added surprise the piazza de Fiori. And cattie corner out the front door is the best Sicillian restaurant! The sea bass is to die for! Worth the budget splurge.

Well located. Everyone speaks English (which I do not expect but is appreciated nonetheless). Breakfast is solid and a good investment in order to save money on dining in Rome.

Awesome location. Friendly and professional service. Cleanliness and comfort. The only flaw, the room overlooked a Chub and was dimly lit.

If you are looking for a hotel near the Center, it must be this hotel. Service is also very good, the room was clean, but a little small. From Campo very close, if you're wearing heels, may not be so easy, but you'll like it here, where the breakfast is also very nice.

We didn't stay here, but, needed help early one morning while waiting for a tour bus… which unfortunately didn't show up… The hotel manager welcomed us inside (it was a very cold morning) … and was so kind to call the travel agency for us, and explain the mix up! I would highly recommend Hotel Lunetta, the hotel is beautiful and the service beyond superior!

Just checked in and the service has been wonderful. The room is very nice can't wait to hit up the rooftop bar tonight.

Awesome location! Almost everything is in walking distance. The staff would help you till the ends of the earth. One thing they could improve is the Wi-Fi in the rooms. I had problems connecting in my room, but otherwise was fine in the lobby. Great hotel.

I was lucky enough to stay at the hotel Bezel for two nights. The room just perfect as well as hospitality and service.

Exactly half way between Colosseum and Vatican. Beside P Navona and Pantheon. Virtually on Campo de Fiori. Smart rooms, warm staff, great breakfast. Good massage in spa. All perfect except Wi-Fi signal/service was weak.

I am a bit afraid of letting this cat out of the bag as I am sure once people get word of this little gem the prices will go up and there will be no availability for us! We had the top floor adjoining rooms for our family of 4 and the rooms were exceptional. This is a real Gem.
