Hi, the manager just cancelled my booking. He was rude and not client oriented. May be its just my “luck” but I have had extremely bad experience with this guys. They cancelled my booking when I was in taxi on my way to them. Just be sweet about this. Good luck.

Location spettacolare nel cuore del centro storico di Roma a due passi da piazza Navona e Campo dè fiori. A piedi è praticamente raggiungibile tutto ciò che concerne il centro storico. Considerata la zona è buona cosa valutare l uso dell' auto.

Everything was great. The administrators were very friendly and communicative, they spoke good English for an Italian and were kind. Apart of the Wi-Fi not working in second floor and the administrator didn't know what to do even my son being 14 yrs old knew what to do but the administrator said he cannot do that, the another administrator gave us gis Wi-Fi but it worked barely had to always sit by the window for it to work.

The location and attention is great but 4 days ago I am and every time I had to shower I had to go to reception to ask to fix the hot water, the room is small and not too neat.

I am very disappointed with this accomodation. First, we were 5 people and there were towels and soap for two. The person in charge when we arrived there said that it was not possible to have more until next morning. Second, the bathroom was tiny and the toilet was broken. There was a strong smell of humidity and there were ants, as well. Third and most important we were stolen 100euros that were inside a suitcase. Fourth, the receptionists are not in their post when they should be. It happened twice to us in 3 days. Finally, the Wi-Fi doesn´t work. For these reasons I obviously won´t recommend this place to anybody.

No frills, spotlessly clean mini apartment in the centre of Rome. In easy walking distance of all the major sites. Looking forward to our next stay.

Ok with the exception of the heating during night time witch was not ok only from 18.00 up to 22.00

Noisy: The 3 stars are because the apartment was great. Spacious, warm and price respect location is perfect!
We got a room on the Street. We listened to the footsteps of people, suitcases, heels, voices, The horrible Saturday making us a bottle at the window! Lack of soundproofing at least in that room…

눉The portable "A/C Unit" and portable fan were very old and
broken, and insufficient to cool that space. The flexible hose on the
a/c unit falls out and hot exhaust goes back into room. It is very
loud. There is no working a/c and there are no windows to vent. You
cannot open a door to vent because you are in a dark alley.
Consequently, it is smelly, dank and dark (low, timber ceilings and
ancient tile everywhere), and moldy. Our family felt like they were
suffocating with nowhere to go in the middle of the night. There is no
lobby. Bathroom shower has disgusting mold growing underneath the tile.
Bedspreads are from 1970 and all surfaces are sticky feeling, probably
due to ventilation issue. We complained to the owner when we checked in
and he said ac was working. He also acted as if he did not speak
english, which is not true. We emailed and called in the middle of the
night, because nobody could breathe, but there is nobody available at
that hour. We were forced to evacuate the apartment at 5 am. And what is
up with the half finished art student murals everywhere? The description
is very misleading and this place is not suitable for a family, as
described.

Also no air conditioning which is still present.

No parking. But close to most of the Roman attractions. Nice staff with good hospitality. Taxi service also offered on request. Toilets do not have locks.

The location and the service were perfect. Roberto was super kind and helpful at all time and made our stay great. Now, on the other hand, the place is very noisy. You can here everything that is hapening outside the door. Wi-Fi was not working in the room so we had to go to the reception to get better signal. The decoration of the room was really out of date and bad quality. Very poor taste. All and all we had a good time but NOT for the confort of the accomodation, but for the people who works there.

Nice homely place near Campo di Fiori.

The location of Bollo Apartments is fantastic. The area is really really good. I stayed here for four days and the apartment definitely needs some renovation. Also, the bathroom was very small and mouldy on the ceiling, no full length mirror, only one chair and it was a double room. The bed is not great either. It could be better, but it was clean.

Pésimo Internet, Ducha no muy caliente, Edificio algo Antiguo y no Siempre alguien presents in La Puerta. In contrast, El Personal era servicial, Había cocina (un ahorro de los restaurantes) and Estaba excelentemente Ubicado.

Best advantage is the geographical position : Placa Navona and Campi di fuori are located just near the hotel. Thanks to this position, all the visits can be done walking! Andrea (hotel responsible) is a also a good guy! Just one alert : don't go to Lucifer restaurant near the hotel. The food is good but the restaurateur is quite dishonnest…
