Superb location, about 50 yards from Trevi fountain. Biggest thing wrong, it was difficult to find, because no outside markings at all. Only marking was the band-aid sized push button for the door intercom. Stairs were steep and challenging, but the city is 2000 years old. Room was an attic room and the owners had it in about perfect cindition. Had to watch your head, but spotlessly clean and up to date. Great owners and great communication. I'm writing this because my wife was too harsh in her evaluation. I would stay at Piccolo Trevi again in a heartbeat.

Keys did not work lots of stairs low ceilings but location was superb.

Stopped in for 5 nights at the Trevi Suites. Location is amazing, right in the heart of the city. You can basically walk to any of the major attractions and plazas in the city and you are a stones throw away from the Trevi Fountain. We had an issue with our first room due to the bed being way too hard for our liking and they moved us to another room, no hassle. No issues after that but I would recommend getting too hammered and trying to walk up the steep steps to your room. Highly recommend for the great service and location.

I stayed at the Piccolo Trevi suites in June of 2017 and had a very good stay. Livia the manager welcomed me at the door and was warm and inviting, giving me helpful tourist information. The room I reserved had a nice air conditioning unit, good Wi-Fi signal and an excellent bathroom with plenty of hot water and a good sink to shave in. Normally, I would easily give PT 5 stars but every day, the staff would come into my room, turn off the air conditioning and open the windows. I was traveling with my small son, and he is very sensitive to mosquito bites. After the first time this happened, I put a note on my door asking them to please not do this. And then it happened again. Yes, I know, electricity costs are high in Rome but when someone pays for a room for a day, they reserve the right to keep it ice cold if they so choose. So, I had to contend with getting the room cool every evening when we came back and keeping the mosquitoes off my son. They had a small refridgerator in the greeting area but I wish they would have included one in my room. The location was excellent and the hotel was literally right around the corner from the Trevi fountain and about a 4 minute walk to the Pantheon. Overall, I really liked PT Suites and would recommend them to other travelers.

The place was fantastic! Very cosy and well furnished. The room have all you might need. Livia, the owner, was very kind and helpful, always available. Right in the middle of the city centre, all the important place to visit are at walking distance. We higly recommend this place and will surely come back!

Beautiful suites, you can rally hear the sound of the Trevi fontain. There's is a fantastic cafe — brasserie next building where we have delicious "aperitivi". Livia, the owner, was very Friendly and helpful. We'll surely come back.

The room is very nice.

The location of this suites are excellent! The trevi fountain so close and in a few steps your in the shops. The suites itself are modern and nice. Would love to go back!

Piccolo Trevi is amazingly close to the Trevi fountain. You can walk not a long distance in the city center. The furniture is new and comfy. Thanks to Livia that it's super nice and supportive. It makes our trip the wonderful one!

We had a fabulous experience at Piccolo Trevi Suites. The owner was quick to help with whatever including arranging taxis and giving delicious recommendations for restaurants in town. In fact, she went above and beyond when we were locked out by our own mistake. We highly recommend Piccolo Trevi! Thank you, Livia, for making us feel as if we were staying with family :-)

This place is amazing. Stella is great! Beautiful view and just a short walk to the Trevi Fountain.

It is a place of great character outside of time… for those who is housed in the attic by the dormer windows you will hear the chirping of the birds, the fireplaces are beautiful and functional. It's a bit like living in a country but you're in the center of Rome, exit from the entrance door and immediately behind the corner is the Trevi Fountain, a little further on a small square below the Quirinale with a small market, true…
