Lovely accommodation right in the centre of Rome. The rooms were quite sparsely fitted out but all looked nice and were clean and tidy.

Great location! We were able to go everywhere we wanted mostly on foot. Staff was very friendly and kind. They don't have reception later in the day but they always communicate online.

The hotel is in a great, central location. The air condition is amazing/strong in rooms, which helps to beat the mid day heat.

Stayed in the 'Cupida' room for a couple nights in early September. The room was very nice for its affordability.

The hotel is in the historic center, but access is a little strange because it's inside a parking garage. For Rome and the prices they charge, it's fine and close to everything on foot.

This hotel is absolutely perfect for a short stay in Rome.

This hotel was so amazing. It was a short walk to the metro, which we used to go to all of our sites in Rome. The croissants for breakfast were delicious as well as the coffee.

We had a lovely stay — my daughter and I spent 3 nights here. The location is excellent: just a 5-minute walk to Termini station, bus stops, and tour buses, with plenty of restaurants nearby.

This hotel was just right for a night in Rome. Close to the sights, comfortable and clean rooms, and very friendly staff that goes above and beyond.

It is a very well located hotel serca of the termini terminal where you can move to any part of Rome… clean rooms and wonderful staff the restaurant with lots of choice…

There were some issues while I was staying for 2nights, but all fixed.
The blocked drain, fixed next day.
The hot shower problem, fixed in few hours.
Very impressed!

Great hotel, I'm honestly not sure what everyone's complaining about. I think they may have remodeled the rooms and older reviews are referring to those?

A nice hotel right in Rome, it is really close to the Termini station and so it's easy to go everywhere you want to go. The rooms were outdated and small, quite claustrophobic.

Welcoming, Kind and Helpful: Perfect Location.

We stayed here from May 4-9. If I remember correctly, we were in room 1 just across the main door.

The place is great! The room was spacious with a very good view. Everything was very clean and cozy. Ideal for couples.

This is a good place to stay in Rome, not very expensive, located near shops and public transportation, and the owner is very helpful and nice.

We are having a fantastic stay here, our room is always cleaned perfectly and Sabino has been an amazing and considerate host. We will be sad to leave!

The hotel has an excellent location, right next to the metro, which makes it easy to get almost anywhere. The neighborhood is safe and much quieter than the city center.

The location was amazing. We had a balcony with a nice view. It was tidy, comfortable we had air conditioning.
