Kind and helpful staff, hotel located in very quiet street and close to the metro stop, the room good and with a nice private terrace. To return if I were to visit Rome again.

The hotel is AMAZING! The service is very good and all atmosphere in the hotel is romantic and on high level! The rooms are clean, the breakfast is varied and delicious! Personal in the hotel are very hospitable, smille and gentle! We are very happy to be the guests in NOVECENTO ROMA hotel and very thankfull for all experience! Nice and humble place, homey and warm, rooms are small (but not too small), the lovely lady at the front desk reminds you of your grandmother ; sweet and lovable and the rest of the staff are polite and helpful, breakfast is ok, location is good near the metro and underground stations, neighborhood is quiet but not that nice, 10 to 15 min. Walk to colosseum and Santa Maria Maggiore.

Nice small Budget hotel. Approx. 1.8 KM from Rome central railway station. There is no elevator here in the entrance basement level. Thus guest may have to carry their luggage to the 1floor /reception. Hotel is in a quiet neighborhood. Breakfast is simple and OK. Air conditioner was not working sometime. Thus during summer pretty hot.

Excellent location, Metro nearby, quiet area, friendliness, education and professionalism of the staff, clean rooms and in the norm, breakfast arrangement leaves a little to be desired, prices in the norm.

Friendly & welcoming staff; small but clean rooms; forget breakfast; near train station with easy access to airport bus; little pricey compared to room size and general services; good only if you need bed space to spend the night but not to stay; a person can get better hotel for same amount of money.

Guest like cleaning room and bathroom. Restaurant are good and all types of food cousin are available here. Food quality is very good and food served is also excellent condition. Floor to be maintain every time clean. And parking place is very good and beautiful.

Very comfortable room and excellent staff. The only thing I did not like is that the breakfast is served from 7.30am, which is a little late to be able to then go on a tour.

The hotel was very friendly The breakfast really not top and kitchen staff antipathic lunch are expected until 10am you go to 9:30 even if the trays are empty it tells you that there is more and really not much… damage because just for that they lose points.

Right considering its price. Clean and attentive staff. 200 meters from the Metro. You can walk to the Colosseum (15 minutes).
Dark area to arrive at night, separated from the shopping area. Breakfast coffee, milk, fruit, yogurt, bread, butter, jam and pastries. In principle you can disappoint a bit, but it is perfect for your price. Economic double room €46 the night with breakfast included.

I gave it a rating of three because everything is small and narrow. Even breakfast was really thin. Better to them not to serve. I like a place because it is located only ten minutes walk from the Colosseum and near the hotel is a metro station. Quiet street and is so fine to sleep :)

Very nice hotel, I really enjoyed my visit here, last August. Room was clean and cosy. Very important that hotel is located on the quiet street. The price was good. The owners and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok, not varied enough, nonetheless I really recommend.

Excellent and very friendly service. My wife and I have only been here the first night of a 7 night stay. Location is a little bit of a walk from Termini in a relatively quiet neighborhood. Short walk to the Metro A line (Manzoni). Breakfast was basic, but typical for hotels in the area. Room was small and clean, and ours was blessed with an awesome balcony. Overall we're very pleased to have found Hotel Novecento.

Do not book here. Maybe if you are not picky at all, or just looking for a bed, you could try it… but if you are spending a night or two in Rome and want somewhere that is clean and feels safe, look elsewhere. Our room was incredibly tiny, surprisingly dirty, and aesthetically displeasing. The bathroom reeked, the AC didn't AC, and the hotel's street is not one you would want to walk down at night. Positives: it's close to Termini and the Colosseum. Negatives: everything else.

The staff were lovely and helpful. Hotel roof top garden was beautiful. Room was clean and our bedding was changed every day. Breakfast was amazing too. Really loved this hotel. If I was to go back to Rome I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Hearty thanks,

The hotel staff are lovley and friendly. Breakfast is great. And the roof top garden is beautiful at night. Spent most evenings up there looking at the stars. The metro station is a 2 minute walk away. The room has air conditioning, which was amazing to come back to after being in 30°c heat all day. All in all a lovley stay. :)

I think the breakfast could have more variety. Overall, the place is good. The bathrooms and bedrooms are clean.

Area of Rome quiet and well served. Small room but clean and with everything you need. Comfortable bed. On arrival, in the evening, I lost 30 minutes to reception because they did not find the reservation. Normal breakfast. All in all positive experience.

Friendly service, good location. The room we had was a nice size which opened up to a very spacious balcony. I would recommend it.

Beautiful Hotel. Excellent location both for the proximity to the old town and because it is in a quiet area and not subject to the chaos of the car traffic. Very clean and very good breakfast. Also a staff as well as kind and friendly also very prepared on how to get around, with and without means, within the city. It is also a well disposed hotel for disabled people as it has no architectural barriers.

Our room was relatively Spartan furnishings and lacked not a bidet and hair dryer. Love to, we would have traded the place of Bidets for more leg room for the toilet. The bed or The mattress was surprisingly good and hard. Overall, the room was very small but functional. The breakfast however was a not so successful. There were only uncharitable pads and jams with us. Not even honey stood for the selection. Also the breakfast room is very small and it can even happen that have queues form and you wait. So also a clear penalty. Location is positive. Directly, the corner goes underground with you easily reach the sights. A supermarket and Italian restaurant is also with the game. I personally would not come back especially because there would have been surely even a (better) choice for the total price. We came here on a recommendation.

Typical city hotel. Small rooms, but clean. The bathroom reminds already used rather to a wardrobe — as from Italy. The location is good close to the Metro and fast at Coliseum and co.

Small rooms, very small. Services equally. Breakfast buffet with Italian for anything surprising. A salt lover would be in finding a market. Watch and go beyond.
