Stayed at this hotel 05.02.26 — 08.02.26 in a double room on the 4th Floor (405). Our room was spacious and clean, with housekeeping attending to the room each day and providing fresh towels.

Stayed recently at the hotel for a week.
It had all the charm of a European boutique hotel.

This is a B&B unlike anything else! Charming service, great location, terrific and comfortable rooms, and a roof terrace. Highly recommended for anyone going to Rome. 🇮🇹

Gianluca is a perfect host! Upon our arrival he provided us a city's map and drew a three day visiting plan. That map later became our primary guide.

My mom and me took a short 2 night stay in rome and casa martini was the best choice we did for our vacation.

Our stay at Casa Martini was fantastic—the room and all the shared areas were excellent, the location is great, and Gianluca and the staff are wonderful.

Absolutely perfect!
The location was great, we had anything we needed nearby. Vatican is just 5min from the accomodation. Metro 3min to go anywhere you want.

It was a very nice stay in this neighborhood where the manor is. You can find a bit of everything in the proximity. There are good restaurants, cafes, bars and supermarkets.

Very comfortable, very well equipped. Couldn't be closer on the Vatican and also has a huge number of amazing cafés and restaurants in the street next door too. Would definitely stay again.

Location is excellent. Just a short walk from the nerve centre of Navona /Pantheon. In fact it's a lovely walk as it takes you right by Castel Sant Angelo and across the bridge.

Centrally located in Via Cicero, Suites 44 is a recently refurbished and very attractive accommodation to stay in on a quick escape to Rome.

Our stay at Relais Mazzini in Rome was really great. We had everything we needed, the room was nice and clean and AC worked great.

The location is fantastic, a small 15 minute walk to Travestreve, where all the cool spots (bars, restaurants etc) are.

We had an amazing stay, the room was newly furbished and the hosts are very hospitable. The location is a walking distance from Vatican and next to a bus stop.

Perfect location for a city break! Clean, discreet, very well placed, in relation to the tourist attractions. Basically, we only walked, we used means of transport only from and to the airport.

A really spacious apartment in a fantastic location close to metro, shops and restaurants. The building was super secure and well equiped.

Dirty environment, the walls inside the dirty rooms, including the bathrooms. They charge handsomely, and from the photos that are published on the site, this is not the case.

Anatolia and Giuseppe were terrific hosts. They were very kind and attentive to us and our children. They had great recommendations for our visit in Rome.

Nicola was very helpful with all our request. Our villa was at the back of the property and was so peaceful. Garden was beautiful and pool made the stay amazing.

We stayed in this pet-friendly accommodation with our small Maltese dog. We are very satisfied with the small flat we were given.

My favorite part of the apartment is the workspace in the middle. Perfect for getting deep work done and having a coffee. Will return!

Really friendly and helpful owner. We only stayed 1 night in this B&B because we were only passing through. For me the area is not the best but it is always quiet. Quality/price ratio normal.
