Luxurious rooms, superb location overlooking the square at Spanish steps — handy breakfast.
We had planned to book a room at Hotel Condotti which has multiple properties around the Spanish steps.

Great location near the Vatican but a few things could be improved. We stayed for a week and the location was really convenient, we walked almost everywhere and only used the metro twice.

Great stay at B&B Rome Rooms.
The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained. The location made it easy to get around the city, yet it stayed quiet and relaxing.

I can't recommend this place enough. I stayed for half a week last spring. Both flat and room were incredibly clean and neat. Rosario was very helpful and attentive.

The apartment and rooms are amazing! Upon arrival, Rosario (the owner) was waiting for us even though we had delay with our transportation.

Alessandra was very helpful, as well as the other staff. View at the church was stunning. I was there with my family in law and I still enjoyed it. It is a great place to stay.

Neighborhood ambience is fun, enjoyed the closeness to daily market and walkable to major tourist sites. Rooms are quaint, this is my first European trip and having two twin beds.

Spent 2 nights here before going on a cruise. The location is nice, 20-25 minute walk to most places or short cab ride.

Our room was clean, roomy, pretty cozy, and had an awesome window view.
We loved the hotel's location since it's right in the middle of all sorts of attractions, museums, bars, and restaurants.

Great hotel, stayed for two nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The fabulous restaurant, the great atmosphere and the amazing tasty dishes and a sight to behold.

I don't think I could rate accommodation any higher than Eli's place! The place is amazing, area is all roman life. We loved it. As for the fresh cakes at breakfast. Beautiful.

We were given a two-bedroom B&B with two bathrooms. The cleanliness was exceptional, and the facilities were beyond expectations.
