Friendly staff and clean, comfortable rooms. The rooms are quite small, not surprising but as Rome was the first stop on our trip, it took us by surprise.

The location of this hotel cannot be beat! They offered a family room which was good for a family of 4. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Rome, just steps away from the Trevi Fountain. The location was perfect — we could easily walk everywhere and explore the city on foot.

We absolutely loved our stay at Trevi Elite… and wow what a location! Just a few steps down the street from the Trevi fountain, with such a great buzz about the place.

We had a great two-night stay at Domus Fontis.
The location is unbeatable, just a one-minute walk from the Trevi Fountain, and still surprisingly quiet thanks to the windows facing an inner courtyard.

Fantastic bed and breakfast. You cannot beat the location. The room was comfortable, quiet, clean and well furnished. The breakfast is left in the room for you and was excellent.

Right in the heart of Rome, beautiful rooms with AC. Daniella was very helpful getting us checked in, letting us know about some local restaurants and sites to see. Definitely would stay here again.

It was a lovely stay for the entire period. First of all, we were in dire need of a room as the accomodation we’ve reserved was horrible and they resolved us as soon as possible.

Do ask Giulia for details on how to locate the suite if travelling via Metro. It is easy to locate the street the door entrance is labelled as "B&B". It is 10mins walk from Metro.

Since the very first moment it was perfect. The staff were so attentive and gave us some good advice and recommendations. Room was big, with a mini fridge and a wardrobe.

Our stay in May 2025 was great! Giovanni was very attentive and gave us lots of information about getting around the city, tourist attractions, and restaurant recommendations.

The location is perfect — just a 2-minute walk from the Colosseum. The apartment is perfect for a couple, but it would be too small for a couple with kids.

Fantastic staff, let us check in at 10.30am instead of 3pm. Rooms are cosy and very clean. Beds and pillows comfortable. Air conditioning worked great.

Classic hotel, very beautiful and with a great location on top of the Plaza de España. Very spacious suite, super confortable bed. The bathroom had no heating, which became unpleasant.

The location is great, 2 minutes from Spanish Steps. The service was great, special thanks to the ladies at the front desk who helped us figure things out during the train strike of May 23, 2025.

I will admit my stay started off rocky. About a week before my arrival I got an email asking if I needed transportation. I said yes, from the train station.

This is a beautifully located hotel close to the Spanish Steps in Rome. Accommodation in the annex accross the street was great. Breafasts were very good and rooms were large and comfortable.

Comfortable and clean, professional and lovely staff.

The hotel itself was great, in a lovely location with easy access to the bus and metro, however we had an issue with noisy guests 4 nights in a row and feel the staff did little about it.
The rooms

For me, this hotel was all about the value. I couldn’t spend a lot of money and needed something without too much walking. There were a lot of good restaurants and it was adjacent to Piazza Navona.

Milly was very helpful and accommodating as we checked in, the suite was really large and free tea coffee water and wafers each day was a nice touch.

Wonderful place! This is my second time at Suiterome, and it has never disappointed. The rooms and apartments are beautiful, clean, and the location is perfect.

How to even start. This is our first time and Rome and this place was recommended by a family member. My wife and I are so glad they did.
