Our room was small but it was nice and modern. We couldn’t get the air conditioning to work but as it wasn’t at a warm time of year we could just open our balcony window.

Great location in Rome. We could walk to every major attraction. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly.

The room was nice and the condition very up to date. The walking distance to a number of Rome's sites is convenient. The front door location was confusing upon first arrival.

It is a location close to historic sites (of which there is an overwhelming amount). The room we are in was recently updated.

Room was comfortable, large and quiet. Location is very central to everything.

I had the absolute BEST stay at Je Rome Hotel! The rooms are beautifully designed—cute, cozy, and surprisingly spacious. Every detail made the stay feel comfortable and welcoming.

The hotel has a great location, everything is within walking distance, and there are plenty of nice restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Location was perfect! Everywhere close — main attractions in the walking distance.
Room in old Italian style however nice and cosy — just you can hear your neighbors:P.

Amazing accommodation in the most perfect spot in Rome. Neat and well appointed rooms with cafes, restaurants, coffee and a little alimentary all within 50ms.

We had lovely experience at Clemy in Rome. The room was nice and clean. Free coffee (nespresso) and tea is available. The place is in walking distance of the colloseum, foro romano and Palentine hill.

The location of this hotel is fabulous — just a short walk from the Colosseum and lots of the main sights.

This was our first visit to Rome. We stayed four nights in a Studio King-room. Plenty of space for us and our teenager. The double bed was firm and comfortable.

This place was a last minute booking and when I found it I thought I had made a mistake. Well I did, I prejudged it. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. The ribs are nicer than expected.

Stayed at this hotel last Oct2024. Hotel is near eateries, mini marts. Staff at reception and security are friendly and v helpful, even to Asians.
Have leaks in room due to rain.

Perfect location to explore Rome from. The most delightful hosts, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds. Traveling with young teen having a kitchen and fridge was ideal for snacks.

Colosseo House was spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable. The location couldn’t be better just steps from the Colosseum and great local restaurants.

Positive: the location, lovely staff, clean, breakfast at root top excellent experience.

I was satisfied with my stay at Hotel Panda. Not only it is in a great location, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful.

The Hotel Panda provided a service car from the aeroport for 52€. I stayed in a single with ensuite bathroom at 85€/night + 3€ city tax (the latter paid in cash).

Excellent service bij hostess Rosella; clean communication before (early) check-in, rooms are very clean, great strong shower, French balcony, location perfect for shopping. Would stay again.

This was my second stay at Lugarno Collection Hotels. The first one in Milan at Portrait Milano which was a true great experience, really 10/10.

Our stay at Portrait Roma truly elevated our entire Rome experience.

Everybody was very helpful and we felt very comfortable, even with a two month old. The room was very well-appointed and regularly serviced, and we would definitely return.

Everything you’d want to see in Rome is just minutes away on foot:
Piazza Venezia – 10 minutes.
Spanish Steps – 3 minutes.
Piazza del Popolo – 7 minutes.

Hesitate to write my review as secret may get out about this amazing property. I would describe it as an apartment/hotel. The room itself was definitely small apartment size and style.

We had a wonderful stay at Baubino 79 and can't recommend it highly enough. First off, the location is near perfect.

Really nice spacious accommodation, (1 double bed, & 1 convertible couch/bed) very central (immediately adjacent to Spanish steps).

Perfect location and wonderful view, the hospitality was great, lot of thanks to Mr. Marco and his son for their corporation.

I had a wonderful stay at La Place Rome Hotel.

The location, cleanliness, and the staff’s friendliness and attentiveness were excellent.

I stayed here for six nights, and the location is excellent. The street is busy, but even though my room faced the street (4th floor), I couldn't hear any noise.

Great apartment, 5 STAR hotel designed, spacious and clean.
The location is just perfect, steps away from the Spanish staircase.

Best stay in town. Close to the most beautiful sites in the work. Nothing to say more than excellent and stunning. 10/10
