Olga provides exceptional customer service at the Tmark Hotel Vaticano! She made our stay memorable with daily assistance and helpful suggestions.

We were a little worried about hearing crowd noise from the street, as this hotel is right by where tour groups queue up for the Vatican museum.

Well located for access to Vatican, & surrounding restaurants with good food. Room was clean, breakfast simple, attendant very competent. Except for one tecnical room problem regarding sewer.

Small (not a bad thing), intimate and very well located. A really great location with excellent nearby restaurants and Cafe's that aren't tourist traps.

The hotel was better than I expected. It is in a good location, and everything is easy to reach by walking or public transport.

The staff is very courteous and accommodating. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

Very affordable compared to other rooms/hotels in Roma.

Stayed here with my boyfriend for 4 days, had a lovely time. The shared kitchen has everything you need to cook a nice meal.
Location is good, downtown is easily accessible by foot, bike or bus.

The location is perfect for us. It's about a 10+ minutes walk to the Vatican and the bus stop is just across the street. The staff were great and always helpful.

A gorgeous room in a few steps far from university with several facilities. The room is renovated and clean.
A bar is very close so you can have breakfast and go to university.

We only stayed in the hotel for one night and left early in the morning, unfortunately without breakfast. But room was clean, bed comfortable and hot water. Also working air conditioning.

AMAZING choice. No problem with public transportation. 40min to get to Coloseo.

Positive: Good ac as soon as you step in. Ample bathroom. Blankets were stained and had no cover. Negative: Location was a bit further from trevi area.

Rooms are a step away from the Fountain.
The location can't be better. All the good restaurants, drink and food places are less than 5 min walk. In terms of location give 100/10.

Our stay at The Couper Umiltà was excellent — the service from both concierge and room service was always prompt and of a very high standard.

We stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks. I wouldn't have stayed anywhere else. The room was quaint, the bathroom was great. Good water pressure, lots of hot water, quality towels.

Friendly staff throughout. A lovely l very clean room on the first floor overlooking the street. Great shower. Fridge, coffee machine and kettle provided with sachets of tea and coffee.

1st Floor markets to the LGBT community and is a (for our room) unique and beautiful hotel that is close to the colosseum, at the heart of several bars, a few minutes walk from the metro.

Clean comfortable and spaciouss.
But odd they only offer 1 coffee for entire stay…
No laundry service on site — 15min walk away.
Towels were clean but smelled like pickles?!
Remote was not clean.

In 2017, my wife and I stayed at this 5-star hotel and when we decided to visit Rome again in 2024, this was the "only" choice.

The room was small but well appointed. There was a small table and two chairs with a welcoming bottle of champagne, fruit, and nuts overlooking the Colosseum and the gladiator training grounds.

Me and 2 friends chose to stay in a single 3 bed room in Hotel Canova during our short stay in Italy and we weren’t disappointed.

Reception staff were so friendly and helped with any questions that we had. Based on the previous reviews of the rooms being recently renovated, I think we drew the unlucky straw.

Me and my wife stayed in this lovely BnB that is located in the heart of the archaeological downtown of Rome.

So far we only stayed one out of our 3 nights and I am at awe! Absoultly love our little room and how close it is to everything. We do allot of walking and hate taking taxis or any of the such.

Excellent location, 300 meters away from. The Colosseum. The room is quite large, the furniture is modern.

Tullia & Prisca Relais was a wonderful discovery. We live not too far from Rome and visit often but every now and then we prefer an overnight stay over a day trip.
