Excellent hotel. Excellent staff. Excellent service at reception. Excellent room service. Praise for the breakfast and especially Laura who took care of every detail. Always with a smile and first class service. I upgraded to the larger room so it was comfortable. Excellent hotel location. In short, highly recommended.
Positive: Good ac as soon as you step in. Ample bathroom. Blankets were stained and had no cover. Negative: Location was a bit further from trevi area. For the same price I would've got a hotel closer. Roof terrace was not accessible unless eating at the restaurant. Room on smaller side but ok.

We spent a few day at this hotel when visiting Rome, these is my overall feedback:
Positive points:
— Very good location, close to Rome main spots.
— Comfortable room and bathroom.
— Beautiful rooftop, the best of the hotel.
— Very good breakfast, Ana and Laura are amazing and always try their best for a wonderful experience.
Not so good:
— very few power outlets, on one side of the bed there was only a USB which was not compatible with my phone and was not working. My husband and I only had one outlet for both of us (in one side of the bed) which made it very difficult to charge our phones and connect a laptop.
— You can hear all the noise and conversations from the guests on the rooms next door.
— The shower water is not warm enough which makes it uncountable specially in the winter.
— The bar only opens for breakfast and from 5pm so you can’t have a coffee or something to eat, you will need to go outside.
