My favorite hotel in Rome… a boutique hotel with a cozy atmosphere. This isn't my first visit there.

The best hotel in Rome!

Recently stayed here post-cruise for a night before flying home the next day, and we absolutely adored this special place!

Our family of 16, elders to grandchildren, stayed at Palazzo Scanderbeg in June, 2025. The room sizes and staff services were exceptional. Breakfast in the rooms was a great start to our days.

The hotel is stylish and attractive and perfectly situated in Rome. My room was surprisingly quiet considering the constant activity on the street.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is unbeatable — just steps away from the Trevi Fountain. The service was excellent and truly felt like five-star hospitality.

My family stayed four nights in a Junior Suite over Christmas. Wow. What a beautiful hotel. The staff is absolutely amazing in every way, greeting us by name every time we came and went.

Hotel Maalot is a charming boutique hotel full of character located just a few steps from the Trevi fountain and the Via del corso shopping area.
The location is beyond ideal.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Palazzo Galla which is, indeed, ideally situated to see many of the sights of Rome.

From the minute you arrive you feel looked after. Lovely hotel. Very friendly, efficient staff. Beautifully decorated. Great location, amazing roof top view.

Had an absolutely wonderful stays here at Room Mate Filippo. Visited the city with my mom for a few days and choosing this hotel was one of the best decisions I made.

The stay was lovely, loved the breakfast which was included. The place was clean and very close to the train station, and subway.

NH Collection Roma Fori Imperiali is a luxurious gem located in the heart of Rome, offering unparalleled views of the iconic Roman Forum.

Lovely boutique hotel. It has a unique design and a good location near the colosseum and other landmarks.
Rooms are cozy and comfortable, and customer service is great.

Everything was absolutely perfect!
The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always available to help with anything we needed.
The breakfast was excellent, and the location couldn’t be better!

Chose the Villa Spalleti Trivelli based on a few online photos and their central location. So pleased we did! As so many other reviews have noted, this is the place to stay.

This hotel is nothing less than amazing. From the moment you enter this beautiful building the level of hospitality is unrivaled.

We were three adults, staying in a room with a double bed and a sofa bed that turned into a double bed. With the sofa bed made up, the room (and bathroom) were very small.

Very good place to stay in Rome although it is located on the fifth floor.

Service was above and beyond. Host had a diverse breakfast and the best coffee of the trip. Rooms were spotless. Service impeccable. Location was walking distance to everything. Highly recommend.

We stayed in this lovely hotel at the start of December. What a fantastic time to visit Rome in the midst of all of the beautiful Christmas decorations!

Great modern hotel with a lovely rooftop area with seating that gives a great view of Rome. Rooms are lovely with tea and coffee making facilities and comfy beds.

Friendly helpful staff (especially Paolo! ). Very comfortable room with all amenities and private balcony. Wonderful shower with massive bath and great water pressure.

We loved this hotel …. It was well priced and an incredible location steps away from the Trevi Fountain. The bed was comfortable and the room had a couch which was nice….

The service was excellent and the room was large and clean. The rooms was also very quiet and the bed was very comfortable as well. It was close the the city central with plenty of nearby restaurants.

I am late in writing this review but wanted to say how much we enjoyed our stay with you. Giuliana in reception was so incredibly lovely, welcoming and friendly.

The most excellent experience I have to say. The boss is very enthusiastic and even prepares maps for guests. We made the most delicious omelet for breakfast.

This hotel is an absolute gem! It’s tucked away in a small courtyard at the side of a restaurant.

Reasonable sized rooms. Wi-Fi now free and fast. Breakfast good, varied selection. Had to pay room tax €6 pp/night But this is city tax.

Highly recommend Hotel Anglo Americano. They have looked after us extremely well. Lovely rooms. Breakfast was delicious. Friendly staff, so close to everything AAA+++

The employees at the front desk could not have been more friendly and helpful. Our room slept 3 adults. Great “ very busy” location. Central to everything. But loud at night. Take noise machine.

Brilliant location, modern and well appointed with smart TV (we hooked up to both YouTube and Netflix, to keep the kids happy). Air con easy to use within the room, no local charge for this.

Very small room, barely any space to walk or store luggage, but the staff were really nice and helpful with locations all very walkable.

Beautiful guest house. 2 rooms plus bathroom 3 beds for my wife and I and 2 kids. Breakfast included was a beautiful touch.

The room was nice and the condition very up to date. The walking distance to a number of Rome's sites is convenient. The front door location was confusing upon first arrival.

It is a location close to historic sites (of which there is an overwhelming amount). The room we are in was recently updated.

Absolutely fabulous stay at the Edition here in Rome — rooms are amazing, modern, clean and very well sized. The restaurant and room service is top notch.

We stayed for 5 nights. The staff was very friendly. The room was lovely. We slept well. The Jade bar was a bit dark and edgy, and my Chablis wine was, unfortunately, marginal at best.

Excellent hotel. Excellent staff. Excellent service at reception. Excellent room service. Praise for the breakfast and especially Laura who took care of every detail.

Positive: Good ac as soon as you step in. Ample bathroom. Blankets were stained and had no cover. Negative: Location was a bit further from trevi area.

This hotel is located in a fabulous spot. It's a 10-15 minute walk to all of the major attractions in Rome, like the Trevi fountain, Colloseum, Pantheon and others.
