Best hotel in Rome. Location, location, location! Within walking distance to all the sights — Colosseum, Forum, Spanish Steps and more. Take an evening walk for gelato at the Trevi Fountain! Termin train station nearby. Great staff always happy to help. Breakfast is good. Family friendly too.

Fantastic staff in all departments! Breakfast was everything one would need for the start of your day. Breakfast staff very accommodating even to rude demanding ungrateful guests. Room as requested — clean comfortable and quiet. A big smile to a fabulous team of employees!

Great location. Rooms are decently priced. We were there in June and our air conditioning frankly did not make it it cooled the room but not very much. There is breakfast provided in a restaurant which is adjacent you go through a special sliding door in the morning. The breakfast is pretty good and you can also pay to eat there for lunch and dinner if you want there are a lot of better places to go nearby. In the end the best thing about this place was the location it's a five-minute walk from the form and you can't beat that. I seriously can't advise staying there in July or August though I can't imagine how hot it would be then. The staff is very nice and courteous and they speak English quite well.

Very nice historical building with a historical elevator. Breakfast buffet is good compering to classic Italian breakfast. Staff is very helpful and nice. Bathrooms and rooms are clean and tidy. Very close to Trevi Fountain and many other sightseeing. If u decide to stay in this hotel just don't forget to close both doors of the elevator properly and don't forget metal door open :) )

Convenient location (Opera house, takeaway espresso, gelateria, and exhibits all within 15 minute walk). Rooms cleaned daily, all advertised amenities provided, and held our luggage until flight for no additional fee. Staff was friendly and professional. I would stay here again.

Very good hotel surrounding a lot of historical places. Staff's are nice and very welcoming. They help you to find a nice place to visit, they may give you a free adv. Map which shows a lot of places to visit, but only consider those places that the hotel's staff tell you they circle around those places. The other places I went it does not worth to go. The room is very clean, the fridge, tea maker some cups, several drinks, nice tea where in the room. Place is safe and calm.

Great staff, really feels like they care about you and your visit with a touch of good humour. Nice decor and comfy beds. Can be a bit loud but that will be most places in Rome.

Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… We were nicely surprised We took 419 as triple room and 420 as double room plus 1 bed for our 4th kid The view from room 419 was so beautiful Both rooms are very spacious We requested the bed of my boy to be added in the other room and they were very cooperative. Rooms were clean and smelled good everyday. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were very quiet. The elevator is the old authentic type which I found personally that it added charm to the hotel. They printed some vouchers we needed for some activities for free which was very convenient. The only bad point is the carpet that seems so old. And the covers could be also updated. The hotel location is very central and very convenient with lots of restaurants around it and lots of gifts shops. Would definitely recommend it.

Very close to the Quirinale and the Congress center of Palazzo Rospigliosi but I found big but dirty rooms. Not sure what you would expect from a three star hotel. Basic breakfast. Kind to the front desk.

1. Excellent location: 10 minutes by moderate step to the Coliseum (late at night it is very beautiful and there are no people), 7 minutes to the Trevi Fountain (in the morning there is absolutely empty and you can make good pictures), to the Vatican minutes 40, but to walk even pleasantly-on Every step of the attraction) ) ) 2. The breakfast was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
3. The price for the room is very adequate 4. The bathroom/toilet is small, room no frills, more we did not need. There is no feeling that there is an ideally clean, the blanket of confidence did not impress, but we came to see the city rather than sit in the room. The hotel was perfect for us.

Rustic hotel… but it has the advantage of being very well located to discover Rome without resorting or very little to public transport. A few minutes from the Pantheon, the Trevis fountain and the main shopping street via del Corso. Rich breakfast. Small rooms but functional. Room in the 4th with a beautiful view. Nice staff. The hotel was very nice.

A lovely hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast starts at 7am which is good, as Rome is a very busy city and you need to get to the sites early to beat the crowds. Plenty of choice at breakfast too. We upgraded to a room with a view on the 4th floor, which was definitely worth doing. Hotel is in a great location for Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and Pantheon but an hours walk to The Vatican. Suggest you buy Skip The Line Tickets for The Colosseum and The Vatican, otherwise you will be queuing forever to get in.

Location was great, short walk to colosseum and trevi fountain. Hotel was quite expensive, had paper cups for coffee in the rooms and no top ups on coffee after the first night. Otherwise staff were friendly and overall experience was good.

Location was great. Rooms were average. Breakfast was overcrowded and not enough food. If you arrived an hour before breakfast closed food was scarce.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. There are problems with plumbing-all Podushatannoe. Great view of Rome from the top floors. Almost all the interesting things are easily accessible on foot.

The attention and the service are excellent and the location ia perfect.

It's true, hotel very well located, everything is done on foot from it. Extremely professional reception staff who fold in four to give satisfaction! The rooms are well made but plan a return after 2.00 pm to be sure not to wait at the reception. Excellent breakfasts, varied for all and all tastes. Now my reproaches are: The hotel restaurant is expensive and of very poor quality, the small rooms are not soundproof and the extreme traffic is heard from day to night. In my room the sewers were felt in the water room in February, I imagine in high heat… I regret nothing and we still had a pleasant stay, partly thanks to the staff!

I felt very comfortable in the place, to my taste the breakfast was not very rich and the elevator was old, taking that out, very nice hotel, and the room very comfortable, has safe, something very useful.

I would stay at this hotel again central for all historic sites good value for money hotel.

Central Hotel with charm, very good value for money, room with view, friendly and courteous service, hotel and furnishings a bit older but very clean and well maintained.

Upon confirming the reservation, we were asked by em @ il what kind of beds we preferred, and despite confirming by Em @ IL, we wanted separate beds; We got a 1, 20 bed in a super, super small room. When I claimed another room about what was agreed, the receptionist insisted that the hotel was full. The next day (i. E. On the third day), we insist with the mails to the director; To which it cost a Roman Empire to recognize the error and to give us the reason. The following day (fourth day), they solved the problem. We diero a room with two separate beds.
Although the cleanliness is decent, the hotel is very abandoned, in both bathrooms both rooms, olia to sewer that was good. There are hundreds of 3 star hotels in Rome much, much better.

Hotel in the centre of Rome. Very easy to walk to the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Venezia, etc. The truck that takes you to the Vatican passes to a corner. The price of the room is pretty good and includes breakfast. Also, the staff is always willing to help you and clarify any questions you have of the city. The room was good, clean and comfortable.

Very old but well preserved. The elevator is a very particular antiquity. The treatment of staff is very good. Excellent cleaning. Very well located.

The location is excellent. They helped us with very useful information. Beautiful rooms.

Very well located, 5 minutes from the Trevi Fountain. You can walk to all the sights, we even went to the Vatican. It has a bus stop very close by.
Our room was very small and the bathroom too. It was outside on the street. He was missing some soundproofing. The air conditioner made a lot of noise. The beds were comfortable. Good cleaning. Good attention.
Breakfast is a bit loose and nothing varied. The juice sucked.
Good option to be able to visit the city without just catching public transport.

It is a smaller hotel but very nice. They offer a good buffet for breakfast and are on a central location. You can start sightseeing directly from the door. We had a 2 room apartment with a double bed and two single beds for the children. Everything was clean and fine. Only the Air condition was not adjustable and simply too cold. We switched off AC completely. We will come back next year.

Hotel Hiberia has an excellent location for tourists as all of Rome's attractions are nearby. The rooms were clean but the elevators were uncomfortably placed.

Nice small hotel that's perfectly located in the middle of Rome few block away from Trevi Fountain. Reasonable price, very friendly staff, our room was ready in time, clean, recently renovated and pretty spacious accommodating 4 people with a nice bathroom. Included breakfast selection was nice, but be there early as sometimes they may run out of some food types close to breakfast end time. Would go back there and strongly recommend.

I'd call it a 3 star luxury. In a very good location and with very kind and very qualified staff. Really excellent pillow and mattress.

I stayed here for a whole week. The rooms where incredibly big and clean, I loved the decorations and the staff where really nice. Also the breakfast offer was good.

Great location to discover Rome.

It's quite centrally located when it comes to Vatican city, Colosseum, Termini station and other landmarks. Rooms are comfortable, decent breakfast, excellent ice cream parlour right opposite and a few decent restaurants nearby. Wonderful customer service at the reception and overall a very happy experience :)

Welcoming, friendly and helpful staff, perfect location north of the forum and blocks from the Pantheon, Trevi fountain and Spanish stairs. Restaurant with great food and breakfast (included in room rate) is delightful.

Great service and very good price despite being in the best place of Rome.

Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights the room was clean and comfortable with a large bathroom. Front desk staff were excellent nothing to much trouble for them. The hotel is situated close to all major sites and we walked to all of them except vatican city. There is a bus stop just round the corner (literally) and Bus no 40 gets you to St Peters Square in 10minutes for 1 Euro. Breakfast is not brilliant but it is adequate with a good selection of food from cereal to eggs bacon and sausage. It would have been a nice touch to have tea and coffee provided in the room for you to make a cup for yourself occasionally. All in all an excellent Hotel in a great location and I definitely recommend it.
