A fantastic place to return to after a busy day in the city! would definitely stay again. Staff are very friendly and professional. Our room was modern, comfortable and very clean. Enjoyed the free fruit juice and croissants brought to the door each morning, a lovely little extra. In a convenient location with many of the must see locations only a walk away.

Very comfortable room and beds are wonderful! Only problem is the stairs up to the room, especially if you have luggage which we have. Great location.

LOVEEEEEE this hotel. So clean, modern, comfortable. Friendly staff, great A/C. 10 min from coliseum and Trevi. Wish our other Italy rooms were this great. Basic breakfast was the only thing that didn’t exceed our expectations.

Lovely little housing service. Helpful and friendly staff, they even speak quite good English, in Italy that is something rare. A little continental breakfast with bagels and coffee. AC in the room, which you can control and TV with over 200 channels.

It is not exactly a hotel, it occupies the first floor of a very well located building. The building itself needs a renovation, the hotel floor is very well maintained. Extremely small room with a very modern and beautiful decor. The breakfast room is a very well used hallway. And a balcony. Industrial pastries and a good coffee. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Room was beautiful and decor was modern. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was wonderful and always willing to help. Breakfast is a traditional Italian, with pastries, meats, hard boiled eggs, and added items like cereal and yoghurt. View from the balcony was wonderful. Traffic got a little noisy at night. Only complaint (and really isn't that bad) the bathroom has very limited counter space. Toiletries had to be kept on small desk outside of bathroom. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again my wife and I thoroughly loved our stay in Rome and at Quitinale.

Got upgraded to a beautiful spacious room. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The location is great-just a 5 minute walk to the colosseum. Only drawback is probably the one flught of stairs so be careful if you have heavy luggage. Though the staff at the reception assisted to bring that up.

Very helpful staff Mr. Roperto helped m carry my super heavy luggage up! But please bare in mind there’s no lift at the place.

Great hotel in an unbeatable location, attentive staff and comfortable rooms especially when you arrive after a day of sightseeing at 5 degrees and there is no cold! Highly recommended, I would go back without hesitation and it is my 9 time in Rome, so far the best I have stayed.

Central — Clean — Minimal — courteous staff. A perfect choice for idividual travelers and couples.

Tremendous entrance staircase for those who arrive with suitcases. It's not well-identified from the street. Do not arrive at night because it has no reception. The guests are given the key for when they come back late. The staff does the best.

Staying here at the moment. The location is great for all the major tourist attractions. Only 8 rooms so small and friendly. Modern and functional rooms with all equipment. Fridge, safe, hairdryer. Etc Staff are helpful and obliging too. Breakfast is self services, continental and all encompassing. Would stay here again should we revisit Rome.

Location is perfect — within walking distance of all the major sights bar the Vatican. The rooms are perfect — beds are comfy, air con is amazing and our room had a private balcony which was great. The service was also perfect — very friendly and helpful staff with perfect English.

This place is a little gem in the heart of ancient Roma. 15 minute walk to the Colosseum, Piazza Navona and Pantheon, Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps.
Inconspicuous door into a older building in the middle of the block, just a little sign above the door buzzer tells you have found the right place.
Enter the doorway and you are faced with about 20 steps up to the second floor (no elevator). I carried one bag up the stairs and before I could react the lovely young lady at the reception ran down the steps to fetch our other (heavier) bag.
The staff, all of them, are truly wonderful. Welcoming, helpful and warm. We were shown to our room which was modern and spotless. The rooms are as depicted on their website.
Bed is comfortable, shower is strong and roomy, bar fridge is stocked. Our room came with an outside deck that overlooks the inner courtyard. (The only room to have this feature, lucky us! ) This was equipped with a patio love seat, two chairs and a table. It effectively doubled our living space. We sat outside frequently either sipping a coffee from the in-room maker or a glass of wine. Being on the courtyard side the room was very quiet. We got a good nights sleep every night.
In the morning a breakfast is offered which includes meats, cheeses, breads, cereal, yogurt, eggs (hard boiled), coffee, tea, espresso, cappuccino, latte and juices, fruit and pastries.

This place is very nice. Great location, very comfortable rooms and very friendly staff. Keep in mind this is not accessible for wheelchair since it is located on the second floor with no elevator.

Beautiful! More dream, near the reception welcomes 3 people in one space comfortable. Everything is perfect: bedding, bathroom, personal care, geographic location. I highly recommend it.
