Excellent Attention, Naima and Paolo very friendly. The location of the hotel is excellent. Super recommended.

Was 5 nights in the guesthouse, very sympathetic owner Mr. Simone. He leads the guesthouse with a lot of cordiality and is very helpful. He already earns five stars for this. The reception is occupied until 9pm, our flight was very late nevertheless, the reception was kept open for longer, Mr. Simone even told me how much the taxi could cost so we didn't take the wrong taxi. Our room is with a double bed, separate mattresses, which is very helpful. The décor is very homelike and new has enough storage space for two people and large suitcases. Has a mini bar, fridge, cups and a kettle to brew tea. Cappuccino or espresso can be drawn at the reception via a coffee machine. Everything very clean and new. The bathroom is complete with bidet and contains a shower which is large enough. Every other day the bath and towels are changed, every day the room and bathroom are thoroughly cleaned. There is a hair dryer on the wall which we have often used, which is perfect for blow dry a hairstyle. The air conditioning is nice and quiet so you won't be disturbed while sleeping. The house is a very nice old building with a big green gate. As soon as you open the gate you will find a courtyard with a fountain on the wall. The entrance to the pension is on the right-hand side on the first floor. One can take a small elevator, the house reminds me of old Italian films and yet behind this romantic charm of the guesthouse modern technology is united.

Clean and cosy place. The staff are very friendly. Ideally placed from all the tourist places to visit.

A quiet, clean place. Decent staff. Not provided for breakfast. At the entrance there is an automatic coffee or cappuccino machine that is provided by the management. The place is in the middle of the old town.

Privileged location. Large and clean room. What else you can ask for.

Super place to stay! The location can't be beat, the rooms are charming and the owner Giovanni has great recommendations on where the best local places are for grabbing a bite or having a great Italian dinner.

I loved this hotel! I stayed on my own and it closed to everything! Simone is such a great host, I felt so welcomed. I highly recommend this hotel. I also met Paolo briefly (the other host) and he is super nice. Next time I come to Rome I'll stay here.

If you're reading this, you are going to and Rome. I highly recommend this place for their stay. Excellent room, excellent location, very nice and friendly staff. At the level of four stars. And have balconies, where you can smoke. Who smokes understands the importance of this detail.

Nice room in a seventeenth century palace, outstanding location and kind persons. Breakfast (in the underlying bar) good but forget buffet (one coffee/tea/cappuccino and one croissant).
