The hotel has an excellent location. Very comfortable room, I thought they would have it decorated as for newlyweds, 👰 🏻 🤵 🏼 but no! Neither did they have a champagne 🍾 🥂 to toast. The Heated pool… the cold water, Tempered nothing. ❄ ️ masajes️ The Massage Room in repair🚫 🤦 🏻.

Excellent, safe location to visit Santiago. The breakfast is what I expect from NH and the staff is courteous. The hotel sits next to the largest mall in Santiago which is a huge plus. It made it easy to purchase extra adapters, fix mobile phone issues, really good restaurants, a pharmacy and even a supermarket. I questioned why I would stay here and not in the old section and the answer is safety. I truly enjoyed my experience at this property.

Regular service, non maintenance, expensive. I don't recommend NH collection Plaza. For that price you can find better Hotels in Santiago.

Excellent service and service. Some unfavorable conditions but such is the warmth of the people that it is nice to stay with them. The food was spotless.

It's a nice hotel. The rooms are big enough. No frills breakfast. You can eat. But don't forget where you are. Keep an eye on your belongings.

The NH hotel is probably one of the best in Santiago. The customer service was superb and the atmosphere of the room was magnificent.

One of my favorite hotels in Santiago. It may not be the best hotel in town, but it is in the top 5. The staff were very friendly and helpful. As a frequent customer I have always had a very good stay at this hotel, getting free upgrades and others.

Nice place. Located in strategic place of the Eastern District of the capital. With trade, entertainment and nature nearby. Highly recommended.

Breakfast details. Hot water pot is completely metallic so the handle was extremely hot when taken and dangerous to handle. The bread toaster is not safe, to try to get a bread from the inside it was necessary to turn off the equipment. Scrambled eggs should be ordered, which is not a problem, the problem is that for a long time there is no one to ask. The room was amazing.

I Expected a lot more. Impersonal Treatment. Broken bathroom Door. We'll be right there. No One gave us cut. Breakfast, friendly staff, the rest, poor. The NH is notable for its breakfasts.

It's not a 5 star hotel, I went on 24 and 25 November 2017, was missing all robes, slippers, amenities, water cortecia, coffee nexpreso without capsules, requested in reception and did not give you the solution said that robes no conditioner had no water cortecia Also, the truth Q is far from being a 5 star hotel.

The hotel lacks everything! No bathrobe in the room, no slippers, the pool is cold and has no towels. They don't make up the tea or coffee, tamp courtesy water. I was given a drink I went to take and as it was 23 and 15 Q told me the bar was closed, the day before I did not attend the 22HS. I do not think a 5 star hotel I would qualify for 3, the employees were very friendly but they are not prepared to fix anything.

Comfy beds. Breakfast, poor service and hygiene, the tables dirty and cutlery used. They are resetting without removing crumbs from other users. Pleasant facilities. But in security. Fatal. Anyone comes in and no one notices. We were even warned of burglaries.

The quality of the whole hotel is optimal. But above all the excellence of its employees! There are no words to praise the distinguished attention of all. Especially those who work at the reception and restaurant.

Despite rooms were renewed, there were not enough employees. I've asked 03 times for housekeeping — one of them at front desk — and nobody came. Telephone system was all out of service — anything needed should be done personally, at front desk. Breakfast was poor, few options, not even scramble eggs available, few people at service. What's the advantage of investing a lot o money to have a beautiful building if the service is so poor? An experience is very difficult to forget. They should know better.

Only stayed 2 nights. Very comfortable and clean. Staff professional and polite. Hotel being refurbished so we had to move rooms for our late check out… we were put in one of the newly done rooms which was lovely. A bit of art work on the walls as the white and grey colour scheme a bit stark. Great breakfast with a huge choice. Good location.

I liked the whole thing. Great breakfast area and gym. Bathrooms can be improved. Seemed to me they were in the middle of one as the room was perfect modern and comfortable yet the shower was 1990. Lobby area and whole staff were great and perfect location across the main mall.
