From Rodrigo who checked me into the hotel to Juan the valet, who spoke with me everyday, I had an incredible experience here. The people were friendly and extremely accommodating and the room was excellent. Each day I was treated as a friend instead of a person who was a customer. When you are traveling away from home this is a very welcome treat!

Doubletree by Hilton Vitacura is a wonderfully modern and hip hotel situated in the heart of the financial district. The rooms are large, well-lit, and spotlessly clean with contemporary decor. My stay included complementary breakfast which offered a wide range of typical breakfast foods, fruits and cheeses, breakfast meats, and made-to-order eggs. The best part of the stay was the staff. I only saw the front desk people, and every one I spoke with was happy to help with a delightful smile. And of course the warm chocolate-chip cookies on arrival are outstanding.

Offering views of the Andes, this modern hotel is a minute's walk from a bus stop, 4 minutes' walk from shopping at the Costanera Center complex and 6 km from the 19th-century La Moneda Palace. All rooms come with contemporary decor and custom-designed beds, plus flat-screen TVs, work desks and Wi-Fi (fee). Suites add living areas with sofas, and room service is available. There’s a bistro/Mediterranean restaurant, as well as a relaxed bar, a lounge and a cafe. Other amenities include a 24/7 fitness room and a business center. There are also 10 meeting rooms.

Very good attention, small dishes, but rich, has a beautiful view from 18th floor. He emphasized that its large halls help to have a sector where they can dance comfortably and in another sector to chat and enjoy a rich drink.

It's nice, but old infrastructure. When I went the kitchen was not working (it was about 21 hrs. ) Then it was not possible to eat at the hotel. The breakfast was very good, and the pieces very spacious and spacious. Good decision for one night.

This hotel is in the newer downtown area of Santiago, Chilé. The hotel is very upscale and the staff are excellent; I really can't say enough about the staff — they have been very helpful. The hotel is centrally located with lots of shopping and restaurants within easy walking distance. The rooms are very nicely appointed. The lobby is quite a busy area but the upstairs are quiet. I hope to stay here again if I come back here on business.

Wonderful hotel with great location in Santiago. It was my first time in Santiago and glad I stayed here. The staff is very pleasant, extremely helpful and very attentive. Rooms are modern, clean and very comfortable. Walking distance to subway, Costanera Center, Metropolitan Park and San Cristobal. Luis and Gustavo at the front desk along with concierges David and Manual are amazing. Great experience and look forward to my return to this wonderful city.

Pretty amazing hotel! Breakfast is extravagent (oysters?! ) But has everything you could want to kick start your day. Conference rooms available to hire downstairs. Staff all speak great English. The pizza bar is also excellent for lunch.

The hotel is very good, but what really makes the difference is the excellent customer service that has the vast majority of the employees. And the restaurant is very good with various options. It also helps the plans that you make as Thursday of wines (tasting) and live music. The gym is somewhat small.

Some of the best customer service I have ever received. Our flight arrived in the morning and we were at the hotel by 10am, they allowed us to check in 5 hours early and upgraded our room. On the flip side, we had a 10pm flight on Saturday and they allowed us a late check out, at 6pm! While they don't have a true "concierge" everyone on their team was more than willing to give recommendations and make calls on your behalf. Their team was truly great and it was a pleasure to stay here during our anniversary. Thank you to Luis, Gustavo, Freddy and Daniel for such a wonderful week!

Excelent hotel in one of the best neighborhoods of Santiago. The attention at the front desk is one of the best I have experienced in any hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and quiet. The adjacent restaurant is very good as well, with a nice selection of meals and wines. The breakfast is one of the best I have experienced in Santiago. The hotel is very well located, a couple of hundred meters from the Costanera Center shopping center and around the corner from Isidora Goyenechea Avenue with its huge selection of excellent restaurants. For the business traveler this hotel is probably one of the best options in Santiago.

Piso 19 — lounge. Went there to an event and the space in not too large which gives it a welcoming and plaisant feel.

Stayed a week in Santiago and this hotel was amazing. It was my first time there and the staff was super friendly and helpful. They gave me tips on where to go, see and eat. Every recommendation they had was right on. Some locations were not your normal touristy spots. They were also very accomodating. I can't even nitpick to find something wrong here. The room was fantastic with a great view. Hilton hired the best, Daniel was a life savior and the gentleman whose name began with a Y (sorry, I forgot it but can remember his face). Kudos to you guys and thank you!

Hotel very comfortable, but unfortunately we left a few high-value products in the bathroom, to claim these not appeared, we were in contact with Paulina and told us that there was nothing. Having been to the Hilton Grand Vacation in Orlando, the Hilton in Manchester and the Hilton Doubletree in Santiago, I can say this is the best one I have ever visited. The place was superbly clean, the staff was kind and helpful, the rooms were gorgeous and spacious and the breakfast was the best you can expect in a hotel. They even went around offering french toast! The only downside is that it has set the bar way too high, but that's not a complaint!

Luxury at a value. Fantastic property. So glad we found this hotel. I mainly needed desk in room to knock out some work which I got, with a lot more. Room was very spacious, shower was amazing, every staff member I talked to spoke English very well. Highly recommended.

Great rooms great gym and great location. Restaurant can be improved as can the buffet breakfast. We got an amazing deal rate so anytime we will be back. Staff is 100% friendly professional as you'd expect from Hilton. This place is totally worth it with minor tweaks to improve.
