Wonderful view of the Trevi Fountain. Staf very nice and friendly. Spotless rooms.

I love it is in the center of Rome right across from the Fontana De Trevi is so convenient. You can find so many places to eat or drink good restaurants and gelaterias.

This place is amazing! I had the best time here! The view of the Fontana De Trevi is epic all day long! There are cafes shops and markets, and you can venture to many sights on foot from there. The hotel is so friendly and helpful and I must say probably the most comfortable beds I slept on in all of my days in Europe. It is rustic, quirky, and small, you have to be ambulatory in this area it is all bumpy pavers and high step ups but there is an elevator. The top floor bar is amazing and has the amazing views of the fountain, we hung out there every night with the handsome and friendly bar tender all around man of the house who was so generous and wonderful! I will be back someday 🇮🇹

Covid. Happened and. They don’t care! We booked a vacation package with Expedia and cause they gave us a very tiny discount they refuse to refund our money. Even the transportation part of the the trip package was cancelled on us cause we can’t fly from USA to Italy. Relais Fontana Di Trevi Roma Hotel & Roof Top says there open to everyone which isn’t true by what I see on the embassy page. They refuse to refund and or a voucher, so they are keeping $1262 for 4 nights July 2 — July 7th. But now I see they are running specials on our 3 bedroom room that was sold out for $100 a night. So they keep our money and rent out our room even though I haven’t cancel yet cause I’m hoping they would be reasonable. To me it’s a hotel that is unsympathetic and taken advantage that they know we can’t fly there. We would be there to see our roots if we could sad that there are places like this.

Great place great people wonderful food… staff went out of their way to make our dinner special I really recommend this nice hotel restaurant.

The food was really bad. First they didn’t have what we ordered and then what they did give us was cold and gluggy.

The restaurant in the hotel has a wonderful view of the trevi so even if you dont get a room with a view the restaurant makes up for it and its accessible for the customers who are staying. AMAZING location literally steps away from trevi. Excellent customer service!

Nice views and a cute cozy bar area.

First 2 meals I chose on the menu were not available. Then after paying big money for what I received had me visiting another venue to fill up! The whole party of 5 did the same.

We just returned from a 1 night stay and it was amazing. Rooms very cosy, spacious and clean, amazing view of the Fontana di Trevi, breakfast was very good, receptionists very helpful and friendly. We will be back thank you :)

Great hotel. Ideally situated directly across from the spectacular Trevi Fountain. Decor is in keeping with the age of the building. Room was clean, shower hot and powerful and the bed comfy. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. If you need quiet to sleep, this is not the place for you. I would stop here again.

Great position near Trevi Fountain. Witnin walking distance to lots of attractions. Excellent attentive & efficient staff. Nice balcony bar.

Really very nice view of the Trefi fountain. Especially in the evening, a very romantic atmosphere is created up here. The access is clearly visible by a sign and leads through the hotel with the elevator to the very top. The prices for drinks are high, but in view of this outlook and the quality completely reasonable! Recommendation Especially for couples and those who may still want to become :-)

Great location close to all Rome's iconic sites. Loved our room, Nadia fantastic, so helpful and accommodating, breakfast selection great. Will be back.

We went to the terrace and had a nasty surprise as the attention was very poor, too expensive for what it is.
We arrived and asked for a table, we were told to wait while there were empty tables. Finally we went to sit down without further ado, the other people who came after us did the same thing.
Too bad as the place is very well located and with better attention can be great.

MAY 2018. An experience to forget. Lack of water, small bathrooms, showers that do not work, public terrace those entering transit through the interior of the hotel. Never seen. They changed My room twice for the problems they had. Ask them to give you a new room because the old ones leave a lot to Desesar. It's Also in Remoledacion. No desirable!

Hotel is old and unkempt, definitely not 4 stars. All of the photos you posted correspond to the best rooms. The one that touched me had nothing to do with the published. Gave to a courtyard at the rear facade with no light and completely filled with trash and the remains of work in construction. The hot water times reduces your flow rate because the water pressure is not very good. The quality of the breakfast is quite mediocre. We lack variety and quality. The hotel staff is friendly. In summary: it is a hotel very expensive for what it offers, with poor infrastructure, dirty rooms and to the rear facade, without light and with little ventilation. It is not worth to buy it.

Beautiful Hotel! Our room overlooked the Trevi Fountain. Staff very pleasant & accommodating. We enjoyed the bar and breakfast area. Would definitely stay again.

Convenient place as a location to get to the major nu. I was of interest sites in the center for the rest everything OK…

… that you may want more from the life you soggiorare in a Hotel where you open the window of your room and see the Trevi Fountain!

Absolutely fantastic place to stay when in Rome. If you’re looking for modern amenities of a hotel, this is not your place. If you’re looking for an authentic experience with a friendly staff and charming decor, this is your place! My favorite part was the breakfast overlooking the Trevi Fountain!

Small, dark and old rooms. Dirty bathrooms and no maintenance. I was in two different rooms and it is exactly the same. Lack of cleanliness and safety.
If you have reservation please note that they are remodeling therefore they do not respect the type of room booked and they do not have adequate room for breakfast.
The only good thing is the location.

The location of the hotel is fantastic! We couldn't have asked for better — about 100 feet from the Trevi Fountain with reasonable rates and a tiny, fun little rooftop bar with partial fountain views. Our room was right next to bar though with paper thin walls, which was a bummer. I think an upgraded room would have made it perfect. The showers are tiny! the elevator is also tiny!

I wanted to like this hotel… and the photos made it look beautiful! However, when we arrived, we felt as if we had been "catfished" by their website. The place smelled! It was very dark and the room was sooo small… The pillowcase had a woman's makeup on it (not something you want to see on your honeymoon). There was a very obnoxious annoying water sound in the wall every 10 minutes. There are absolutely 0 amenities! And none of the channels on the TV worked. The only thing they have going for them is the terrace — when you can get a spot, it's nice.

We recently stayed for five nights, the hotel is perfectly situated close to lots of attractions, we were kindly upgraded to a superior room which was very comfortable. Nadia and the staff were fantastic would definitely recommend to fellow travellers to Roma. The view of the Trevi fountain from the roof top is amazing. Thanks again Nadia.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Great position that suited us despite the enormous crowds of tourists at the Trevi Fountain. The Rooftop Garden is a great spot for a people watching breakfast and a cocktail at night, but it would be good if it was open during the day as well so you could just sit there if you want to relax somewhere other than your room. Friendly and very helpful staff. We loved it and our second visit to Rome.

Stayed at the Relais in February and can't wait to go back. The hotel is very central and within walking distance to a lot of sites (my husband and I are in our 20s, so if walking is an issue, there seemed to be buses and cabs enough to get around otherwise). The hotel is very clean, breakfast was superb, and the staff was very helpful and on-site 24-7. I was sick one evening and in the middle of the night went to the front desk to ask for some salty crackers to be sent to my room, and was satisfied immediately. Can't wait to return! Highly recommended.

Amazing Experience. Too bad the crowd of tourists.

When we arrived we were brought to a room with two twin beds instead of a king which I requested for my husband and myself. When asked to change, reply… can't do anything about it. Room smelled of drains — When asked to fix or change, reply… can't do anything about it. Our view was one tiny window that looked out on to a tip full of junk and garbage — When asked to change again, reply… can't do anything about it. A sump pump went off every 20 seconds all night long… again, can't do anything about it. So I am posting this bad review because now they really can't do anything about it!
