Great hotel, friendly and helpful staff. The location is ideal to go to the main Rome attractions, a minute walk to the Trevi Fountain. The bathroom is uniquely and amazing, I really liked it :)

Very nice boutique hotel. This place is really clean and the staff is very a tentative with all guests. The showers are really small, but the bedroom it's quite big. I will recommend this place to anyone. A great to stay. Big plus, is located really close to Trevi Fountain about 3 minutes walking. And 15 minutes walking to Spanish Steps and 15 minutes to the Pantheon. To the Colosseum is around 20 minutes walk. Close to public transportation (bus and metro). There are plenty of small shopping stores and restaurants near by. There is a Mini Market about 2 minutes walk on the same street where you can buy groceries cheaper than other places.

Beautiful hotel, is hidden, the facade says nothing, but it is very nice and comfortable, is 150 meters from the Trevi Fountain.

Awesome place, very central to everything. It's about a block away from the trevi fountain. Friendly staff, free breakfast and mini bar that's cheap enough to actually use. Only complaint is because of the location things can sometimes get a little loud outside at night but it wasn't a big issue.

Small, cosy hotel in the Roman old town near the Trevi Fountain. No parking. Not the cheapest, but the stay was very pleasant. Gladly again.

Best part of our stay (London, Paris, Rome) Front desk personnel remember you and your native language on site, greeting you in your native language (Italian, Dutch, English, or Spanish) every time you come or go. The rooms were beautiful. Most comfortable beds of our entire stay. The proximity to Trevi fountain, the Colosium, metro, Pantheon, and other spots cannot be beat. All restaurants and shopping close to the hotel was delicious and easy. Will not stay at any other hotels in Rome now. Completely spoiled and already planning a second trip. Without being told it was my birthday our second day there I was greeted with a happy birthday from the front desk. Upon returning to the room there was a personalized birthday letter and complementary champagne.

Right nextcto the trevi fountain. Location unbeatable. Great rooms.

Great location and staff, extremely small rooms but clean and modern.

The location was perfect. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Rooftop terrace would have been amazing if the weather was better when we went. The room was very clean and of a decent size. Only negative is the breakfast was nothing special and the eggs were very oily…

The reception office employees are so helpful and wonderful. Very pleasant day & night! Clean and beautiful rooms and the food is wonderful. Highly recommend.

Love it so far. Nice bathrooms, beds, furnishings, location. Take key out when sleeping, doesn't disable AC but does disable a motion sensor light.

Couldn't have been happier with our choice of hotel in Rome. Very convenient, just 100 yds from the Trevi Fountain and a 15 minute walk from the Coliseum and the Roman Forum. The room was very comfortable and the view from the breakfast srea is beautiful. The highlight for me personally though was the friendly, very helpful staff. They made our two day visit to a beautiful but crazy busy city a great memory, helping us with directions and many other questions, all with a big smile. The young lady that checked us in speaks 6 languages and even knew how to print our Coliseum ticket voucher from my phone. :-)

My son and I had a perfect 3 day vacation in Rome and we were so lucky to be in the Relais Trevi 95 hotel. The staff, all of them, where so nice and so helpful. The location is perfect. Minutes walk from everywhere but very quite. The hotel is small but very modern and in excellent condition. The room is very nice and comfortable, and with a mini bar with everything for 1 Euro! The breakfast on the roof was a great start every day with great Italian coffee. And the roof bar was where we rested our bones at the end of each day with a cool spritz. Will definitely come back.

I made a reservation through a 3rd party travel site for December 2016 for this hotel. Unfortunately, there was an internet error when booking the room, and instead of booking the hotel room and paying at the hotel when I arrived, my credit card was charged not only a deposit fee by the hotel, but also the full amount. The travel site made 3 attempts to have my reservation cancelled without penalty, but the hotel has a "no refund" policy. The first call that was made through the travel site, the front desk clerk said they could cancel my reservation without penalty and to call back to speak to a manager for authorization. I called everyday for 4 days and was always told to call back in 10 minutes when I asked to speak to a manager. Today, I called four times and spoke with the rudest front desk clerk named MOUD, who not only spoke over me when I tried to talk, but he belittled me ("Well, then you need to learn how to book a hotel properly", " "I am second in charge so I can do whatever I want" "I don't need to hear your long explanation") Then MOUD proceeded to lie to me, (as if I was stupid) telling me the manager was not there, (even tough I was told 15 minutes prior that he was in a meeting) that his name was John when I called to complain about MOUD's attitude and poor customer service to a manager.

Great location great hotel friendly staff.

We are to stay at this hotel April 5th-9th. This was part of a Europe tour my boyfriend and I were going on. The first of our trip was Brussels. Due to the recent terrorists attacks all of our trip has been rescheduled for a later time through Orbirz and Delta and Air Alitalia. The only hotel that is unwilling to change the dates for a later time this year is this hotel. The management states no refund no matter what. I explained I do not want a refund but to just come later in the year and they simply said sorry no refund. Terrible customer service and such an added stress to an already stressful situation. We wanted to not stay at a huge chain d/t the coldness you can get to that kind of traveling and unfortunately that is exactly what we go with this "boutique hotel. "

Hotel was in a perfect location to walk to all the areas main attractions. The staff was knowledgeable and very accommodating with recommendations. The room and amenities were large, very modern and clean. Breakfast on the patio was excellent!

Excellent choice. Very nice rooms. Great location, with short walks to major attractions. Roof top terrace is beautiful place to have breakfast and evening drinks. Roberto was a friendly and accommodating bar tender, even for the kids.

Fantastic hotel in the center of Rome, I couldn't have asked for more! The position is priceless! The rooms are brand new, stylish, very modern and clean. AC and internet worked perfectly, there are English channels on the TV and we could use also the computer at the reception to print our tickets. The staff is great, friendly and helped us a lot! You have the chance to choose between 2 types of breakfast, both of them were really good. I absolutely recommend everyone staying in this hotel when in Rome.

Upon entering the Relais Trevi 95 exudes an air of calm and charm.
Staff very friendly and ready to give as much information about the city and restaurants.
The room facing the main road leading to the Trevi Fountain, so very charming and the night we slept soundly, mattresses. We expected a little noise from the street reading some comments, being on the main road but everything until midnight, after which silence, on the other hand if we wanted peace not staying in the historic center we traveled to neighboring area. It was a real treat!
Perhaps the only good point is your breakfast on the terrace, but the staff is always very friendly.
Assume say that being the property in the Center is surrounded by shops ice cream bar restaurants is also a supermarket right at the corner open until late.
We also enjoyed the mini-Low Cost very cheap considering that in bars you buy a bottle of water at least 1.50 €.
Overall they made our stay in Rome charming Hotel is perfectly located, we hope to visit again soon!
Meanwhile we recommend it to everyone.

Second time and always surprise. The location simply in the heart of the historical center, rooms modern and clean and service are excellent! The staff are willing to welcome you with a smile, and recommendations about Rome. Although in a city with lots to do and see, it is nice to return to a lovely location for time in Rome. We will return to the Relais Trevi 95 Rome hotel.
