Organization and courtesy are never lacking; great breakfast,
very clean and a central location that allows you to easily reach the Termini station or walk to many tourist attractions starting from the Colosseum.

I love this Hotel, we will definitely stay here again. Breakfast was great, lots to choose from. Beds comfortable, staff very happy and helpful, and so close to all the restaurants, underground meto, and the attractions. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Amazing breakfast, very clean and staff were extremely helpful. Loved every minute of our stay there in a family room. Location is great, walkable to the centre of Rome, close to train terminal and lots of good restaurants on the doorstep. Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing location, spotlessly clean, great family rooms and attentive service. 2 min walk to the famous Santa Maria Maggiore — pizzerias & bars are plentiful in the surrounding area. There is a mini market just a few doors down from the hotel which stocks almost anything you can think of. With reference to the homeless people in the area — it is an issue wherever you stay in Rome, it is not exclusive to this area. This is a fabulous 3 star hotel.

The concierge recommended a restaurant but unfortunately you needed a reservation, he did not tell us that. We ended up in a restaurant that was extremely unfriendly, rude, and food was just not that good. Also, the area is not all that great. A lot of homeless laying around nearby.

Stayed here November 2018. Great hotel, clean, elegant. Wonderful breakfasts included in room rate. 10min walk to Colisseum. 10 min walk to train. Monti district is quite unique with many shops & restaurants.

Location is great. Easily accessible from the Roma Termini, shore walk to the Colosseum.

It was nice and clean, the staff was friendly. The bed was like a rock. We paid extra for a "topper" which was like placing a blanket under the sheet, did not help.

Attention! False and malicious information! I would not recommend even to my enemy. The pics show, they lying, they are not true. Mr. Roberto lied to us about the services, and then wanted to charge extra fees at check out. They screamed at us, threatening us, we tried calling the police. There is no trusted manager. They are liars and fraudulent. Never go in this PLACE!

Great rooms, close to a ton of things in Rome proper. The shower stall is a little small, but totally workable. The rooms have a pleasant decor and feel. And the staff I met was top notch.

Feel like crying right now. We booked a suite and what we get is terrible. The mattress is broken and hard. Hotel management will move us to a different room tomorrow but what for today and tonight? My view from my room which is a suite is a wall no light. Dark room like basement. We read reviews on trip advisor, may be few got lucky. Hotel management ruined the holiday and say SORRY … when you pay price for something you don’t get! Sorry makes no sense! Kindly get a proof of what you will get. I was so excited to start today but actually its ruined for today. I hope I feel better soon. Also families don’t get classic rooms, the bed and curtains are very dirty. The fabric is not cleaned properly. I am glad my kids are not with me. Be careful!

Very Nice 3 star hotel. Good breakfast. Very good location: for colosseum and Rome termini. Clean comfortable rooms and friendly staff. My family Enjoyed 5 nights here. Plus their sister property is a nicer hotel right next to the pantheon and if you ask the Raffaello staff will give you a pass to the other hotel’s roof top terrace with a bar. Cool view Overlooks the pantheon roof and neighborhood.

Nice place, nice staff, good breakfast… WORST MATTRESS EVER! we spent 3 nights there. We tried everything to get comfortable. Even slept at the foot of the bed. When I say bad, I mean bad! Last night I ended up sleeping in the twin bed in the separate room.

We stayed there for two nights. The room is clean and large. Free breakfast is wonderful. Staffs are really friendly.

Service was 5 stars. They even packed us a breakfast to go when we left early in the morning for the airport. Breakfast was 5 stars. The bed was not the most comfortable, but the room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was a poor layout and the shower was not always hot, but it was warm. Also the shower glass didn't hold back water well. I would stay here again just for the service, the included breakfast, and the cleanliness.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately had a medical emergency during our stay. Roberto, our receptionist was a gold treasure and helped where it only went… he even came to the hospital and helped translating UÄ. Thank you so much again at this point!

The Hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful.

Even though the staff were well aware that my wife had a serious heart condition and thus we had to cancel our reservation three weeks in advance of our arrival, they refused to refund any of our monies. If you wish to make a reservation do not pay them ahead of time. They are very shady; not like an American hotel.

Nice hotel with very good amenities but very inconsistent service. We we're promised a breakfast box so we didn't miss breakfast as our flight was early but when we reached the lobby there was nothing. The receptionists were somewhat rude as well.

Hotel ne District Monti di Roma at 300 meters underground station Cavour. It was a very nice hotel. Rooms with great value for money. Classic interiors, well finished even if new NN. Some rooms with terraces. Very positive experience, I will use it again returning to Rome.

I'm just lucky Everything about this boutique hotel is nice. From the location, ambiance, and the welcoming staff which includes a Filipina food server are perfect. She's been working for 20 years and she cooks the wonderful Italian breakfast. Plus the good thing is she taught me well on how to go to nearby Filipino restaurants and explore the city using the metro and the city buses. I just love this hotel.

Home perfect Nice room and in the theme of Italy of the years 70-80 with the comfort of the 21st century breakfast in a hearty buffet and for all tastes.

We love it… within reach of Termini station and the main places to visit. The hotel is elegant and quiet, the welcome is great, the little dej extra and the rooms friendly. If I had to come back, I found my drop-off point.

We love Hotel Raffaello, we always come and we will continue coming. The attention, the, reception of the people is wonderful! Not to mention the cleanliness, tranquility and food service! Perfect!

I'd recommend to stay at this lovely hotel. Very central and walking distance to many of the historic sights. Walking distance to the metro/trains, Termini. Breakfast was lovely each morning with a continental buffet, some hot foods available ie scrambled eggs. Reception staff were all lovely and very helpful. The only downside was our room had no daylight whatsoever. We had French doors that opened to a tiny patio area but faced the back of a building so no natural light came through, we never knew what the weather was like until we walked out to reception. The room itself was lovely, cleaned everyday and the bathroom fitted with a jacuzzi shower. The room was always warm, in fact sometimes too warm and this was early November but there is an air conditioning/heat unit in the room.

No restaurant not a problem as there are many many restaurants on your doorstep! Very well stocked food wine etc shop just a half minuet walk from hotel… hotel staff lovely. Beds very comfortable. Cotton linen. Fridge in room… Rooms are little dated but not worn. Very clean. Very close to all sites to visit. All streets cobbled wear appropriate footwear. Enjoy… pack pain killers! Oh! Must say the biggest surprise was the cost of eating out! Same as Spain.

Everything was great. All of the staff were very nice. The breakfast, each morning, was very good. The location was safe and within walking distance of just about everything. Loved it. You can't go wrong staying here. Would absolutely stay here, again.

The hotel is in an ideal location to explore Rome. We walked to all the main sights, however it is also situated not far from 2 metro stations if walking is not your thing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was decorated in the style of the area (old Rome) and was perfectly functional for the stay, the bed was very comfortable and breakfast was adequate. I would recommend this hotel to people who want a well located, however quiet hotel to explore Rome from.

We arrived very late as we were scammed by the "hotel" that we originally booked. We were offered a family room for the price of a double room.
The continental breakfast was really very good.
A tip: Contact the hotel directly instead of going through online booking platforms like booking.

Loved staying here for my first trip to Rome Aug/Sept 2015. Short walk from the train station and Ancient Rome. The staff was amazing! I also loved the sights and sounds of Rome from my window and included breakfast. All for a reasonable nightly rate!

Located on a quiet street parallel to a main street, with many restaurants nearby. Close to public transportation. Walking distance from both the Coliseum and the Termini. Stayed three nights and walked every night. Felt safe in the neighborhood. Excellent value.

Great location, about 3 blocks to train station. It was a quiet street, somewhat creepy, but not bad. Close walk to everything you need, including tour buses, tour offices, train station, etc. Service was good. They helped with anything you needed. Rooms are classy, not too small for europe. Great spot, close to Termini station and the Colosseum, 2 blocks from hop-on, hop-off bus and Cavour metro stop. Good trattorias nearby on Via Urbana. Hotel was very clean, helpful and friendly staff, great breakfast.
