The lamp near the desk cannot be turned on. However, it begun to flash after the power station near the bed being used, so the room looked like haunting. The air conditioner cannot be turn on again after sleeping mode. I saw a small cockroach in the room. My device failed to access the internet after connecting the Wi-Fi. The only star gives to the kindness of staff there.

Kinda old hotel but can also be perfect for conventions or seminars that last for days. It is also vrry accessible since it is near the LRT-1 station and many jeepney and buses pass by this hotel. There are also nearby malls, restaurants even fastfood, and other establishments. It is also walking distance from Luneta Park and the National Museum where you can stroll if you wish to chill or relax or just have fun and experience new things/places.

Nice location but very light breakfast.

Old place and make-up efforts are but superficial & made the rooms cheap. Not great place.

I studied here befor, it says this is a 3 star hotel. Totally it didnt looks like!

Excellent crew! The Hotel is a bit old but the last time we checked in the rooms were renovated. Staff is considerate and even allowed us to check in early one time.

This hotel is well located in Old Manila and close to the train. The rooms are average but great value.

The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and the MRT but I noticed too many cockroaches. I was here a few years back and they really let this place go down hill. They really need to do something about all the cockroaches.

The rooms are nice and clean. The bathroom/toilet however is small. In the morning, they ran out of hot water in the shower probably because a lot of people are using. Regarding food, fish fillet is always on the menu, like everyday.

For a reasonably price & place for staycation, The Pearl Manila Hotel is a good alternative option for someone who's looking just within Manila.

It is a very nice place. So wonderful.

Bad service and small rooms the bell boy took so long to take our bags to our room, won't book here again ever.

Affordable rooms and buffet.

Average for the price! Staff are courteous and my family swam immediately after check-in; pool have life guard in spite of 4ft depth. Hotel rooms are spacious (we occupy 2 rooms for family 2teens and 1kid). Parking entrance is located in Gen. Luna; a bit stressful to drive going up but its ok. We stay for 4D3N for my daughter event to be near and less stress in traffic going home. Food not yet try but there are convenience store in the area and fast food. The locations are near to all sight-seeing.

Clean rooms, air-con was working and not too noisy, courteous and attentive staff.

Great value for the price paid. There is a swimming pool in this hotel.

The staffs are very accommodating and friendly. I would recommend this hotel.

Its eh corrupt hotel I had my wedding dere and it was teribelle, my wedding cake wass plastic and day try to steel my drinks and the food is verry bad alsow the staf is verry bad, and the price on the internet is wrong because day almost charge the dubbel price than the internet, alsow the staff always want tipp every time, alsow verry dirty rooms and bad smell and much insect : — (

1 Elevator not working. The one working very slow and as a result very crowed. Hotel never brought a working remote for the air conditioner. We were still not complaining but then there was a dispute over the daily rate. 200 pesos. As a result we left the hotel. The manager cost the hotel 6 nights rental this trip with no intention of returning future trips. Pearl Manilla you need new mgmt.

It should be a 2 or 3 star not as what claimed and recommended as a 4 star Hotel by Agoda Co Pte Ltd. An aging, cheap budget hotel with an outdoor rooftop pool, with free Wifi, that gave you a feel like you've taken a step back into the 1970's. The room was old, and the carpet stained, the furnitures & bathroom fixtures need upgrade, the AC does not work properly. Shower curtain smelled of mould. No coffee making facilities, TV has gone green and purple a sign that it is worn out. There was nobody in the reception area to assist /helping with the luggauge on the 1st floor. The staff at the front desk /check in on the 9th floor is not adequately trained, too "cold" and unwelcoming. Would have appreciated a welcoming smile at least. The buffet breakfast was terrible and below average, is either filipino or continental breakfast, did not have enough variety. The location is away from the main commercial area. Didn’t feel safe walking out at night. There are a lot of other hotels that offer much better amenities with cheaper rates. It is not value for your money We'll be looking for a different hotel for our next stay in Manila.

Seriously? I cant believe the star rating for this overpriced dump. I paid for a suite and believe me it wasn't worth it. They have 30 dollar rooms which is what its worth but if you have the money for the higher priced rooms go someplace else. Dingy, Dirty, Disgusting. The only thing was the staff was very friendly, I feel sorry for them.

Warm Pool, nice Rooms, a good bathroom and a really good personal. Thumbs Up.

I liked its convenience. It is close to two major malls in Manila (Robinson's Place and SM Manila). Also if you need to buy something (basic necessities, midnight snaks, etc. ), a 24-hours convenience store is located just across the hotel.
