Stylish small hotel in very central area located in a small street feature of the old town!

It is a refurbished hotel the room very clean and everything is new but, the beds with very very hard looks like you are sleeping on a very uncomfortable wood makes your back ache and if you put sideways all the support points hurt, let's zero break, on the other hand, the rooms are literally on the street you hear the cars, the people on the street have also grouped the rooms by portal and the doors are very close to the street and every time someone opens the door makes a lot of noise and hear your Neighbors in and out. In conclusion, what you are looking for in a hotel is rest and clean, as for rest I give zero points and cleaning 9. Everyone who decides. I certainly do not recommend it.

So annoyed I booked this place. As others have commented definitely not worthy of a 4 star. It is a 3 star at best. The breakfast is dreadful with 2 mornings no coffee machine. No kettle in rooms, request cash for city tax; overcharged us with taxi via mates rates; couldnt check in until almost 4pm despite 3pm checkin; reception staff very very cold and not willing to assist; beds are like lying on a slab of concrete. Only positive is location though very noisy at night.

Very good service, bedroom ultra clean, breakfast for all tastes, very quiet area. But, if you're spending a weekend or a night with your lover, the bed is very hard. It will kill your knees.

I had 2 nights reservation, I was moved the first night for another hotel as they calmed that they have electricity issue. It was horrible and smiled so bad, the next night I asked to be moved to my hotel of reservation. OMG I was freezing to death, shower has cold water and the water came out and spilled on the bath floor. Air conditioning even I set it on 27° the temperature stayed 22.5° all night long. The room is bueatiful, bed is hard, the entrance is from the street level out of the hotel building.

I reserved in this hotel and they moved me to another hotel because they don't have power.

Let's face it this hotel is a DUMP! looks like a five star hotel on trip advisor then I get there and the owner lied that he gave us breakfast for free, the breakfast tasted like saw dust, the bed was a peice of wood, and the terd nugget at the front school desk even asked for a nice review! HERE'S YOUR NICE REVIEW TERD NUGGET!

Hotel is quoted as 4 stars, however this is more like a 2 star hotel, maybe a poor 3 star. The "superior" room was large, but the quality of the sparse furnishing was very cheap, old, work and poor quality, the carpet was sticky and dirty, and there were rotten parts of the wall in the bathroom. The service was also quite bad: I had clearly requested a twin room, however was provided a double. When I asked to have it changed, the man at reception firstly told me that it was my fault before checking the booking and realising it was his error, then proceeded to complain to me that he would have to get someone else from another hotel over to change it as though I was unfairly imposing extra work on him. One plus was the lady on reception in the mornings, she was very lovely and helpful. Finally, the breakfast was absolutely pathetic, cheap and nasty; very little fresh fruit, a plate of fried eggs and some bits of toast with cheese etc. Despite having already paid for it, I decided I was better off not eating anything there. All of the above would be fine for a 2 or 3 star hotel at a price point of €100 a night, but is absolutely unacceptable when you charge just short of €200 a night.

I would give no stars if it was possible. I booked a room through Hotwire but upon arrival the receptionist feigned not receiving/not believing/not understanding the reservation confirmation on my phone. My 2-year old son and I were told to wait in the "lounge" (a bare room, adjacent guest bathroom with no soap or toilet paper, nothing like the photos online at all) for 30-40 minutes while she greeted other guests and made us feel like an inconvenience to her day. Receptionist claimed that the hotel was booked solid, even though we had paid in full through hotwire and received confirmation. Then somehow a room became available and she handed us a key, very coldly. All so shady. We entered the room, it was dark and smelled strongly of perfume, turned around and left. Never had our 200 euros refunded and wasted over an hour of my time in Rome with my son and husband. Unprofessional staff, dishonest online profile, avoid at all costs.

For your people muyyyyy attentive and aware of their customers their breakfast splendid of its location near all the best choice to rest after a journey you all of rome.

Great hotel in the centre of the city. Rooms are nice and comfortable. The hotel doesn't have a pool or a bar, but you don't need it you have the heart of Rome outside the front door. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Recommended.

Very expensive. Unreasonably expensive! Very little, not comfortable with rather modest breakfast and not very friendly staff.

Perfect location. Clean rooms. The breakfast was ok. I would stay here again.

The quality of the site could be better but the facilities and the service are excellent not to say perfect. I recommend it to everyone that likes this area of the city.
