Highly recommended! 5 minutes from Termini station and in a quiet area. The owner is very nice and helpful. The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast was plentiful and fresh.

The best place I’ve ever stayed in Rome! Clean, cozy, affordable, just 5 minutes walk from Termini station! The neighborhood is lively but never loud. The service is warm and guest-centered.

Superb little accommodation, with very decent rooms and always impeccably cleaned, even on a stay of several days. And luckily, with air conditioning!

The room is large, comfortable with a large bathroom at the right price, if you compare it to many others in Rome in a normal budget.

Apartment is around a 10-minute walk from Roma Termini or a short Uber ride. There are lots of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. There’s also a laundromat right downstairs. Staff are friendly.

The apartment looks pretty much as advertised, so it was a good start and it only got better.

I had a very nice room, it was clean and quiet, I slept perfectly.
The guy at the reception was very nice, I could leave a bag in the hotel after the check out and come back later, no problem.

Everything was perfect!

Dealing with Milena was really easy, she is so attentive and actually truly cares.

I have a very positive experience from staying here. The room was big, clean and in a good location. Plenty of cafes around and restaurants.

The hosts, Enrico and Alexandria, were very friendly and allowed us to leave our luggage before and after check-in.

My stay in Rome was short but very pleasant. Thank you for the warm welcome Enrico. The room was clean, spacious and had everything you need. Cleaning was every day. The atmosphere is very cozy.

I am not a local guide, just a tourist. Stayed a week in Nov 2024 with 5 family members in 3 different rooms and accommodations were superb.

I am a Marriott Bonvoy member as well as a Marriott associate, and when one experiences a gem like the Marriott Flora, one needs to publish a positive review.

Room is bit small for 4 person family. But overall it's a good experience and excellent services. The staff is very polite and friendly. Location is good and close to attractions.

The shower was hit and miss, walls are not very sound proof so could hear the arguments of the family next door and ants had found their way In the room.

This is a wonderful place to stay. It's comfortable and within walking distance to the Tiber River and some of the most iconic places in Rome. There are also several supermarkets close by.

Stayed here for three night prior to the start of our tour of southern Italy. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We were appointed Room 100 which is directly opposite the entrance of the hotel.

We stayed here for a long weekend, the staff were really friendly but a big thank you to the receptionists nothing was too much trouble. They were really helpful and knowledgeable.

We arrived late to the airport and the staff made sure we get safe to the hotel.

I absolutely adore this place. Everything about it was just perfect. From the moment I checked in then the following 5days went by really fast.

Very responsive and kind staff. Clean rooms, but they need some renovation. Super convenient location near metro and bus stations. But be ready to pay extra tax during check-in process.

This place was absolutely perfect. Location was amazing with cute little eateries right outside and a delicious coffee and pastry shop next door.

Lovely hotel today your head after sight seeing. Friendly staff and a welcome drink and snack on your first night. Hotel is outside city walls but a reasonable walk to the tourist buses.

Lovely place to stay in a good location and affordable price. Emilia greeted us upon arrival and was very helpful showing us everything we needed and offered places to visit and eat/drink.

We had a very nice stay and the room was quite comfortable and very clean. The owner is very polite and greeted us warmly. There is also a bus stop directly in front of the hostel.

La Chiave di Roma B&B is very nice and clean apartment, decorated with an artistic taste.

Our family decided to visit Rome and to stay at Veronica's and Giovanni's B&B. We had lots of room to spread out, and each bedroom had its own private bath.

Beautiful place for staying in Rome. The host, Fedora was very warm and welcoming while receiving us and showing us around the place and giving suggestions.

Housekeeping was satisfactory, entertainment of staff was excellent and sincere, beds are ok, ac working proper, internal decoration was new and good, price is very competetive, I strongly recommend

Super clean, room was the right size (didn't feel super small, but wasn't big enough that it was likely that you would loose your stuff.
