Great location in the heart of the city. The main attractions are at hand. The prices are very low, which certainly pleases. The room we had was small, but clean, warm, with bathroom and balcony. Very polite and helpful staff. The stay was excellent.

Small rooms but clean and comfy. Really close to the center, walking distance to all attractions. No problems with water as others mentioned.

Nice place… but don't expect to find it right away or to ever meet the people…

The room was ok but it was not what was advertised when we booked. The kettle was coated in limescale, the fridge was mouldy, there was rubbish that had been left over from previous guests on top of the shower door that hadn't been cleaned away. The shower pressure was hit and miss and would take ages to heat through. Location was convenient for getting to attractions. Amazing deli just down the road where they did lovely bread and cold cuts. Room had A/C which was handy for at night. The bed was a good size but bed runner was a bit grubby.

The hotel is located a few steps from via Veneto and 10 minutes from the republic square. Place the 5 floor of 5, enjoys a tranquil environment, the rooms small but functional, clean. Good shower which in my case was easy, some problem with the hot water that was in fits and starts but nothing major. I stayed only one night so I can't give an opinion more broadly. Staff very nice and friendly. I would recommend it to those who do not have huge claims, and will remain for not more than 3 or 4 days. I would add that I found the room at a very advantageous price with a private bathroom.

and above all it's a great location to throw from the most beautiful attractions of Rome: Spanish Spain, Fontana di Trevi, villa borghese, Piazza Barberini.

Cute and very central, perfect for touring Rome on foot in 3 minutes from Plaza of Spain, Villa Borghese and from the subway. Clean rooms and free Wi-Fi. Recommended!

Bed and breakfast in Rome historical center beautifully maintained and with staff, I am not a customer yet, but simple sonop I must say that I was treated very well and were very patient
very nice orianna a delightful person to know absolutely, and although something needs to be improved I recommend it to everyone especially in relationship really low price compared to facilities in that area. I recommend going to see the beautiful villa borghese and via veneto two hundred meters from the hotel and if you have time to come to villa poppy at tivoli a true wonder!
