It was a good hotel, it was even more for what I was expecting. The reception team was wonderful, the girl was always at our service in anything we needed, from questions about transportation to where to buy tickets for everything. The breakfast service was good, not so much variety, but perfect for going out and walk around the city.

He is fortunate enough to be in Rome so I can say that he is in a good position at very reasonable prices. But here I have to stop… Nothing more.
Rooms with upholstery years 70, TOILET seat that comes off as soon as you sit and shower water that does not keep the temperature (3 seconds hot and 3 seconds cold).
The window on an inner court, where everyone can see you. Yes because the hotel is on the 4th floor of a building.

Hotel housed in a plan of an old building. Central location if you like Via Veneto. Metro nearby. Nice Staff But many smells in the room and bathroom.

Hotel in modern style with very new rooms, is located in a very nice area and close to Villa Borghese and the homonymous gallery, the staff is polite and professional Filippo offers excellent advice to visit the city.

With a modest investment in a new bed, better maid service, and curtains this hotel could be nice rustic space, but as is it's extremely dated and uncomfortable. To me, other than a good location a comfortable bed is the most important part of a hotel stay. Our double bed seemed to be nearly as old as the hotel itself. Mattresses are approximately 5" deep and have a convex shape that make you feel that you're in a hammock. If you enjoy cuddling with your partner you'll end up in a crack between the two double beds as there is nothing holding the light mattresses together. Being a "three star hotel, " you'd expect that your sheets would be changed daily, but not here. They make the bed take the trash from the bin and move along. The bathroom is extremely tiny and there is no way to fit even two skinny individuals in the shower. This could easily be overlooked given the hotels location had the beds been comfortable and maid service cleaner. Plus side is that if you've never used a bidet and feel that it's something that you need in your visit, it's there for you. Another thing worth noting is that you must turn in your key when leaving the building. Front desk is there 24hr. The Wi-Fi was very spotty and most of the time didn't work at all. Our phones would disconnect and say no internet connection even though we were signed into the Wi-Fi. Our first night we woke up several times to the air conditioning making really loud sounds.

Rooms not adequately soundproofed. Bustle to the corridors till late at night. Requests for intolerances at breakfast not taken into account.

Nn we were sick. But x that amount paid I could choose a hotel certainly better. Nn an apartment in an old mansion.

Really nice hotel, very close to the city center. The staff is very friendly.

The good thing was that centre was 10 min walk. The bedroom was old but not so bad. The bathroom is fine too. Breakfast there was no hot food. And just cuple of fruits. You can chose for cofe, tea, milk juice and crossant, yougurt.

Lovely room, lovely places and staff. No problem. I been to a lot worse.

Nice and not expensive hotel. Was here in a single room from 1 to 4 January 2018.
The staff is friendly, cheerful.
The rooms are small, but I needed it. It's Rome! There is a hair dryer, TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, mini-bar.
Left right after breakfast and came closer to midnight. So actually only slept there.
Breakfast is simple-cereal, fruit jam, a few cakes, bread, cheese, coffee, juice, milk.
Located in a good location in the center. Quiet area. The reception staff is available 24 hours a day.

Helpful and professional staff. Good breakfast Rooms and Bathrooms however are to be redone from scratch, a little too old. Slightly isolated evening area.

A very small and low budget hotel. The staff is not nice and usually ignorant. The so what called breakfast consist of two kinds of bread, orange juice, milk and water. The air condition is bad and the ventilation of the room is terrible. We already had the "best " room but it was really not worth a 3 star hotel. An other option is Hotel Best Roma. A 4 star hotel with more facilities and amenities so even if you forgot your toothbrush at home it would cost you a penny to get one at the lobby.

A hotel on a fourth floor but it is very well in attention and in rooms.

Good location, Nice staff, but the air conditioner didn't work and they didn't fix it (we asked about it three time). The hair dryer was broken too. We also couldn't weight our baggage when we left. The breakfast wasn't fresh and the coffee wasn't good.

Cosy. Reasonably priced hotel. Located close to the sites.

Convenient location and good value. Hotel is clean and good a/c. Wi-Fi doesn't work on my laptop, but works on my phone, but most hotels have Wi-Fi issues.

Nice central hotel. Close to everything. Low standard and mostly sweet things for breakfast. Great coffee. The bed wasent very confortable. Stayed 4 nights in the end of april. Very nice and warm weather. Amazing city.

Not quite 4 stars but a very friendly place and a clean, comfortable room. If you show up outside regular hours it can take some time to locate the entrance and get buzzed in. Breakfast provided is simple but nice.

Many demands and little availability.

Hotel Garda, Rome is a beautiful authentic Roman hotel. The staff are very kind and helpfull. So when our first room just beside the reception was too noisy for us at night time, we got another room at the floor above. Without any problems at all. I can highly recommend hotel Garda for those of you who want the feeling off non — tourist Rome.

Very friendly staff is qualified I will happily return.

Soundproofing 0 (Noise in the hallway and upper Floor + the restaurant which is just downstairs) we are room 112 right behind the breakfast room and they do the dishes at 00:30. To talk about breakfast it is very simple with products of not very good quality. Very very small room… The positive points are the staff and the proximity of the Hard Rock Cafe to relax and get drunk before going back to bed in this place not terrible…

We were there in October 2014, and we thought it was a very good experience.

Modern style hotel with new rooms, is located in a very nice and vicinisso to villa borghese and namesake Gallery, staff were friendly and profesisionale filippo offers great advice for sightseeing.

Great situation: we did everything on foot (Center of Rome has 15 / 20 min) but otherwise the metro is less than 10 minutes on foot (Ca goes a little the district! )
Very friendly and in french with a good restaurant tips (including out of the hotel, the 2nd on the left) with a good to have — 10%. Nothing to say about clean either.
BUT…
Room with deco conditioning, tiny shower (60 x 60! ), erratic hot water; soundproofing = 0 (there was room 109 just behind the front desk and breakfast: we follow all conversations…) Day and night!
For breakfast to do the tail because everyone shows up at the end of the service (9 h 30) and there is that one person who serves, does the dishes and restocks! Plus the bathroom is tiny so we wait standing in the Hall…
And the breakfast is basic, pastries not terrible!

It is very good 3 star hotel. Is is very basic but very good. Clean end nice rooms, elegant style.

Very good location. Comfortable room with minibar. Very quiet, despite being 1 block from Via Venetto. Excellent service, both front desk and breakfast. We liked it very much.

The people here could not have been friendlier and accomodating. The person we dealt with most of the time was Raoul and he was extremely helpful. Location was good and the room was very clean and adequate.

Basic, basic, basic. Maybe not even up to "basic" standards. poor value for money. staff did not honor written price quote. "paid" internet not always available and didn't work reliably when "on". left a really bad taste of italy with us. Too bad. won't go back to this one.
