The staff is very nice, the room was very spacious. The room we got had a large bathroom with a hot tub but we couldn't use it as there was never enough hot water to use the tub. Also the water pressure was very, very low. Even when taking a shower there was barely any water coming out. There was mold around the bottom of the shower. The kitchen was nice and had some things you could snack on. The elevator only fits 3 people.
➜ The stay was pleasant, apart from the cleanliness that could be better (the carpet with the Cats does not go very well, not recommended to allergic).
The real problem was the difficulty in receiving the invoice, request and promise at the time of booking (July). In September I have not received it yet, despite 3 reminders per month, between ignored emails and non-resolving calls, which caused us problems at the administrative and fiscal level, in addition to the aggravation of having to spend two months for a simple booking of Hotel.
Sorry for the bad review, I would have preferred the owner to decide to deal with these complaints directly.
