The hotel is cheap and near the central stations. It a good base 4 visiting the city.

Unfortunately bad hotel. Dirty rooms and furnishings, narrow corridors. I was on a school trip but probably, for the rooms they assigned us, they were expecting animals. Holes in the walls, dirty sheets, not to mention hooks and stool in the bathroom. Wi-Fi is not free. Passable breakfast if not for rows at the machines.

There is an old elevator which should be opened and closed. This is the Only place to stay for a night. Close to Metro. Lots of cafes and restaurants. In Russian in the very person no one says, as it is bad. Small rooms. No Balcony.

Good location Good base for a visit to Rome.

This is a really weird hotel. The lift can carry a grand total of 2 persons at a time. The breakfast is nothing to write home about. They refused to clean the room in the 2 days we were there despite us requesting repeatedly because the floor was fairly dirty. They charged us for the extra bed but wouldn't give us extra towels. We had booked an AC room and wanted to turn it on because it was really hot. Turns out they charge extra for the remote to turn on the AC. Finally, the Wi-Fi only works in the dimly lit, dank smelling basement. I would not recommend it at all.

The hotel is overlooked, in the elevator you can only stay in two, the Wi-Fi is for a fee (€3 per hour) and also there is no free water.
In the room the water in the bathroom makes too much noise and some showers do not work.
I have been there for three days and I recommend sleeping outside rather than in such a hotel!

The doors are toy, the plugs do not work well, the elevator is older than my great grandfather, the light in the bathroom is outside and the bathroom is uncomfortable, in some rooms there is no hairdryer and the shower does not work properly, you hear everything from outside for some see Tanas completely outdated, I do not know how they came to the 3 stars, is a complete rubbish.

I found it awful! Rusty sink… poor cleaning… I will not go back.

I state that the room we experienced was impeccable in size: spacious room and dpaziosa, equipped with everything, bathroom with a very large whirlpool. Reception is open 24 hours, great. Staff very courteous and always with the smile, which is a really great distinguishing trait. Breakfast Quiet and served area, despite being close to a station. Value for money very convenient.
Only flaw, some dust on the floor, to be improved.

Old Hotel. Chulísimo Elevator. The people in the hotel were very nice and friendly. The Wifi gives you for 3 hours whenever you ask but only works in reception. Good value for money. The tram passes by the street next door and occasionally you hear, not that it is the most annoying thing in the world but good as information is useful to not scare you to the many in the morning.

Unfortunately there were hairs in the showers, panties in the balcony and the bedspreads had holes.

The staff was very kind, they helped us a lot without even asking for help. The room was clean and the hotel was very close to the main point of the public transport of Rome.

With very good location and very good service. Picturesque decor, AUNQ should change the mattresses and showers… that yes is elevator we loved it!

The hotel is clean and staff are very helpful. It close to the main train and bus station. Close to the hop on and hop off buses.

Cheap and close to Termini station.

Dirty room and bathroom. Found hair in bed, pillows were dirty with hair coming out off the pillow case. Bathroom was disgusting, dirty floors, grubby hair dryer. I had to buy bleach because the smell was horrendous. Great location though.

Small and a little dirty bathroom. Air conditioning switched off middle of the night so I wake up wet and sweat. Breakfast is disaster. Few crossaints some bread and juice taste like pineapple mixed with toilet cleaner. Breakfast rooms very small. Payment must be done on check in so no one escape earlier after see the conditions. No Wi-fi.

Great location, friendly staff and a nice, clean room. Would recommend! The hotel is located very close to the terminal which allows easy access to the metro and transfers by train. Many of the main attractions are also nearby, so it is just as easy to walk. Also very close to a variety of different restaurants and cafés for an easy bite to eat. There was free Wi-Fi in the lobby, that can sometimes be accessed from the room. But it is also close to many Wi-Fi spots from the nearby mcdonalds and other restaurants with hotspots. So if you are ever in desperate need for Wi-Fi it is easily accessed. The hotel staff were lovely and very helpful. Any concerns were responded to immediately and professionally. The room was a decent size and cleaned daily unless asked otherwise. The bathroom was always clean and there were never any issues with it. Air conditioning was free, as was the safety deposit box and even a free fridge to keep your water nice and cool. Also comes with a ceiling fan for those days when you need a quicker cool down. A total of three plug outlets in the room as well. We went on a bed and breakfast basis. Only had breakfast the once, but this didn't bother us. The breakfast could have been better, with minimal selection. But a good coffee or tea in the morning is all we needed. Bag storage was available when checking out, which we were thankful for as the room must be left at 10:30am. Looked very secure.

Friendly, clean, great location and ok price. Can't complain and would stay again.

The most crappy Hotel in the world, the TV didn't work, the shower didn't talk about it… the only thing that was nice and the front desk because he was very…

Good staff, great location, great breakfast, I would change the bed are single joined for a double I recommend, great Price.

The hospitality and hospitality of the owners, in addition to the pleasant environment, make this ideal place for a holiday in Rome.

Terrible rooms I found the blankets pierced the sheets were stained, some friends of mine found the blanket with white spots, the bathroom door pierced the dirty bathroom; Breakfast was awful packed food, the only good thing is that it is close to the station. If they fix it as it should I think it would become a great hotel.

The hotel is placed next to the train station, and that is very helpful. You can get to the main touristic atractions imediatly. The personell is very kind, but the only problem is that you should pay for the Wi-Fi. Very clean! I liked it.

My daughter was on a trip at this property. I report that the management has withheld 10 euros of bail for each child as compensation for the disorder created. Obviously not invoiced. Demeaning.

3 min from both metropolitans and 15 min from the colosseum, it was amazing to live in the CENTRE of rome!

Handled badly, baths and dirty rooms, bathrooms completely wiped out, breakfast not feasible. All over again.

The area isn't much less as bad, is lively, there are plenty of restaurants and shops that buy everything. In our room, varatisima, had hot water with certain normal pressure that the bathroom was small, but had everything. The correct room. Great breakfast, one time breakfast outside and only a plaster and a coffee €8, in the hotel's lie was delicious, nocciola, juices, muffins and coffee jams etc, also salt option, and you can repeat until they burst.
But best of all is the staff, friendly likeable, always with a smile on your face and ready to help you.
To see previous criticism I wonder if it is that it has not changed managers or something, because the hotel in which I was not has nothing to do with all of that, even though the area is the same.

The worst hotel in which I was.

I don't know how this gets rated as a three-star hotel, but pay more and stay somewhere else. Pros: low price, helpful and friendly staff, easy access to Metro and buses, good breakfast. Cons: stained curtains, torn wallpaper, broken window shutters, particle board furniture falling apart, uncomfortable metal beds with springs (like at summer camp), mold all over the bathrooms.

In principle a good idea, though rooms are small but clean pure, every day clean towels and disposable SOAP and gel put (though we don't need it, but still nice). Breakfast more varied: in addition to croissants, cereals and cakes with fillings were sausages and boiled eggs (in other hotels of this).

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. It was very expensive $150USD+ per night and had bugs on the floor. There was an extra cost for internet and breakfast. Even worse, my bag was stolen from the luggage storage area and the employee said it was my fault for trusting them with it. The employees were very rude. I tried to email management to give them a chance to redeem themselves, and they ignored my email. Don't stay there.
