Very good location, meters from Termini train station. Good value for money. Regular breakfast. Good service.

I liked the hotel, a large room, its own large bathroom. Nearby station, subway, easy to get to any attraction. A magnificent old elevator. Maybe the furniture is old, but it didn't bother me at all. Very expensive air conditioning — 10 euros a day, in the evenings is noisy.

Great if you're looking for a little place to spend a night or two and don't want to spend.

Prices a bit high for a single room really skinny and bare. The TV can't be seen. Room without bathroom which was on the other side of the floor. The staff on the other hand very nice and polite. No Wi-Fi in the room. Reviewing the services maybe you'll earn some star.

The Hotel is located a few blocks from the Termini railway station. I booked a standard room (111), which although I had an air conditioning equipment, upon requesting control for the same I found out that if I wanted the air, I had to pay aside. The room and the hallway had a very unpleasant smell. We Received the dirty room, the dirty sheets, the bed and pillows very uncomfortable. I Don't know if there were mites, fleas or it was susceptibility, but it stung my whole body during my short stay. We Were on the first floor to the outside and down the street passed the tram and downstairs there was a restaurant, so the noise level was high and the level of rest low. With the exception of a single person I found quite rude, the rest of the staff at the front desk found it very attentive.

Stay away, I cannot say this any other way, don't come to this hotel. Smells like piss everywhere. There's a tram that runs from 6AM to 1AM that passes by the side of the building and makes a lot of noise and kept me from sleeping all night. The rooms are horrible, there's a bathroom right outside our door for people that didn't book a room with one and it sounds like it's right inside our bedroom. Lousy experience, STAY AWAY.

Horrible, not clean and I was stung at night by an insect and I had inflammation for 3 days.

Hotel is very central. 5 minute walk from Termini and 10/15 minutes to Colosseum. Staff were friendly, helpful and informative. Hotel was clean, cleaned daily and quite pleasant. Breakfast is not included but is available for 4 euros, this includes coffee/tea. For us we merely used the hotel as a base, we were out for the majority of our 4 days in Rome. For 3 nights at 145 euros you really couldn't complain! Thanks to the staff!

The price was very good and the shower was very nice.

The hotel is too old and has shown on its room amenities and facilities. Though the location was very excellent due to its proximity to the Roma Centralli. One thing that is not acceptable is its bathroom, which is too cramp. A heavy duty person won't fit inside nor be able to enter the bathroom. They fitted in the watercloset, bidet, lavatory and shower into a 2.50 s. M. Room. Even the closet has that smell old dead cockcroach when you open it. I would not recommend to friends who plan to stay more than a night in that hotel. Though the hotel has staff at the lobby even during midnight check out. The lobby is okay but the rooms needs more attention for the management to look into.

Worthy of nightmarish hotel. Poor, dirty and firm to the years 80. If there were — 1 as the star above there would be their name.

When I read the review of the hotel, it seemed like its a complete disaster. But I must say it's not. Nice stuff, quite clean rooms and sheets, plus a good location. No Wi-Fi for free, 1€ for 1 hour of access. Still, great for a budget traveller! Great location, nice staff Shared bathroom was quite clean Sink in the room is convenient.

Posizione buona vicino Termini. Camera sporca e puzzolente. Bagno cieco senza aspiratore funzionante. Lenzuola provenienti da una azienda ospedaliera. Sconsigliato.

Very bad room: the room stank like it was closed from a long time, the bathroom had a worst smell. The fan in the bathroom wasn't working. The bed sheets were taken from the hospital, infact they had the name of an Italian hospital furnisher company. I will never book here again.

Half an hour to wait before you can talk to the goalkeeper busy with another customer. Nice room and bathroom with bubble bath counted. Whisper-quiet on the fifth floor. Good breakfast and if you pay in cash no receipt.

The worst hotel ever. Stay way. The two women at the reception behaved in the most unexeptable way. They do not know the word "hospitality". They oblidged us to pay the whole amount for four nights from the first moment. When we asked to see the rooms first, they forced us to give an answer in the next two minutes (because there were other clients waiting for this "magnificent" hotel). No Wi-Fi at all (even with payment or without)! The first morning I woke up with a terrible headacke because of the pillow (hard as rock). Too noisy rooms because of the tram (be ready to wake up at 5.00 a. M) with all Roman people going to their work… The worst thing of all was the bathroom (only a shower at the top) meaning that you cannot have a shower without washing your hair (mission impossible)! Don't be afraid if you see a spider in your room (think that it is your roomate and will stay with you for the whole of your staying in this hotel). No body is going to take it away from you! No aircondition, no hot water, no good breakfast, no space in the rooms, NO, NO, NO… If possible I could give zero stars…

Great hotel and very clean and then is near termini station I recommend it to everyone.

Worst hotel ever. Spent one night in August: small room, dirty, noisy celling fan (no AC), terrible bathroom, my wife woke up full of bites (we guess bedbugs). Back to New York today, we decided to throw away our bags and wash all our clothes to be safe. Stay away!

Worst hotel experience I have ever had. Terrible service, terrible room. If I could I would give it zero stars.

(ENG) I went there with my girlfriend in early November. An easy walk from Termini station. Surrounded by many restaurants and trattorias in Rome, there's to choose from. We stayed there for one night, that was enough to be quite disappointed. The main entrance is in a beautiful hotel, where the host is very friendly. After we were let in by another entrance and went into a building that seems to House. We went around the room: small, heating not working, cleaning, bathroom very narrow and broken exhaust. I mean we had a bad experience, try it.
