Fantastic hotel! rooms are comfy, spacious and good shower. Staff are excellent, always ready to help. English no problem. Breakfast is superb! Free Wi-Fi is fast. Location is close to restaurants. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Localizaçãobem central, porém é um pedaço comercial e neio feio da cidade. O estacionamento é colado, mas não frontal. Os quartos e o café são ok, nada muito especial. É um hotel com bom custo benefício, mas não espere luxo.

Best hotel for the price I have ever stayed in.
The staff was friendly, helpful, some limitations with English but never a problem.

Good hotel. Safe neighborhood, plenty of good restaurants around the area indoor and outdoor dining, restaurant on site was not very appealing, neither was the bar. Great breakfast, variety of food. Rooms, bed was excellent. Staff did not speak spanish very well and English was worse, that was the only downside.

This is an excellent hotel, super location close to the TTU bus station ehich will bring you to bith sides of the fall. Due to the central location there are many restaurants close by. The breakfast is amazing.

Everything we needed we had. Service good and personal is kind. The breakfast is rich of fruits, good juice, sweets and standard things like omelet, salamies sausages. Everything delicious. Next to the reception one can find a travel agency which organizes all the trips one need in the region. Their personal speaks english, even though a bit poor but enough. Good advantage is that is 5 minutrs walk from the urban bus station where one can take a bus to Airport, central bus station, the falls from the Brasilian side and also the bird park.

Very basic room but of quality, rather large and very clean. I don't like the pillows, too hard for me, not like down. Tiny bathroom with poor toiletries but marble counter. Excellent breakfast with fresh fruits, cold and warm all you can eat buffet. Could not find regular black tea but about 6 varieties of herbal tea. Nice staff. The hotel arranged a free pick up for us with Loumar, a good travel agency.

Good relationship price — quality. Located right in the centre.

The room was big and comfortable, I'm not giving more stars because the cleaning staff is really loud in the hallways, starting from 7am, even tho it says on the hotel rules they should start from 8.30am. Also, if someone is talking near your room, you can hear them clearly, I was staying on the first floor, and at least my room lacked proper sound isolation. Breakfast is good, you have several options to choose from. The hotel is well located, in city center and 3 blocks away from the local bus terminal (for under 4 reais you can go to the falls).

Nice, clean rooms. Hot tubs are like warm at best. Adequate facilities and friendly staff most of the time however on the day we checked out, we had to wait in line for almost an hour at the front desk as there was only one person working at around midday and there were multiple groups trying to check in or out.

Basic but nice hotel with a service of good quality. Rooms are basic with large TV screens and nothing to complain about. The breakfast is nice. A very good hotel to spend a couple of nights there visiting the Iguaçu falls.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The thing that stood out the most was the politeness and helpfulness of the front desk staff. I had fallen at the Argentinian side of the falls and had been taken to the park medical station. After bandaging I was given prescriptions. When I asked at the hotel front desk about which might be the best pharmacy to use to fill these, the wonderful young woman got someone to cover and went with me as my Portuguese is limited. This kind of service is above and beyond what anyone might expect.
This is a fine place to stay.

Small hotel in Iguazu, perfect for our stay because we don't really spend time in hotels when we travel. Very clean, with modern fixtures and bedding. Breakfast is delicious, all types of options. Overall good service.

Amazing hotel and staff. The whole hotel was brand new and very very clean. The rooms were cozy and neat. The breakfast was amazing, with a large variety of delicious Brazilian treats. The staff were very delightful, helpful, and friendly. They made our stay very comfortable and nice.
