Nice location near Central station. Eccellente for moving to the city center.

Professional and efficient staff, clean and well maintained rooms but from a 4 star I would expect more attention to the details. The hotel is located exactly next to Rome Termini station. Many rooms give on the street where you sleep several clochards. In the bathrooms, soap and foam bath are dispensed by dispensers and the light switch is connected to that of the TV, so you can only watch it with the light on.

Do not recomend this hotel to anyone. The shower is cold as ice and very tiny. So if you would like to take a warm shower do not check in to this hotel. The worst of it all is the service. They do not think of the customers at all. When we cheked out we had to pay citytax that we did not know anything about. And we could not pay with card. We had not long time before the flight went. She asked if we had time to go go to a minibank to take out money. I said no, we got a plain to catch. But she said «i need my mokey», and I said «then we dont reach the plain». She said nothing and we understod that we had to go look for a minibank. We had just 9 euros and she wanted 12. My husband looked for minibank in 30-45 minutes. The whole thing ended in that my husband did not reach the flight because we had too litle time to deliver our renting car. All of it bacause the laidy who worked at the hotel wanted her 3 euros in citytax, 3 fucking euros! And I said that we had a plain to reach! He had to be alone in rome and by a new flight ticket the next day! It costed us extra 700 euros! This is the worst customer treatment I have ever experienced!

Clean rooms, Front of house staff were great and extremely helpful. Location is fabulous. Breakfast room is fabulous with a great selection. Great value for money. Would stay there again. Our room was abit small however. But overall a great stay.

Nice hotel convenient to the train station. No you don't hear the trains. Homeless people all around Rome they are harmless.

Just returned back from Rome we stayed at the hotel aphrodite and enjoyed our stay OK this is not a 4* more like a 3 * but the hotel is clean beds comfortable the staff were excellent and a credit to the hotel. Veronica and Frederick especially. Rooms are small and breakfast OK but for the price you pay for the hotel I think it's great value for money.

Hotel currently under good level renovation (4 stars) 2 steps from Termini station then in the central area! Professional staff and very courteous! I can't judge the rooms having never stayed overnight!

Great Hotel in front of the Termini station, just cross the street. Nice Hotel, courtesy of the staff, spacious and clean rooms, only small flaw Via Marsala is not among the quietest but the sound insulation of the rooms is discreet.

At the entrance the spaces are a little cramped the reception is hidden but the staff is very prepared, welcoming and always available the rooms are very spacious and with a great conditioning system, the relaxation room is very nice with comfy sofas and a small garden Small but pretty, the luggage is superfunctional if you want to visit Rome the location is perfect at two steps from the station, compliments to all the staff.

Room and especially the bathroom is almost too small for normal, German size ratios.

Perfect Hotel! Location is excellent, right next to the Termini Station. Rooms are clean, not big, but no need to be bigger. Perfect option for those, who wants to stay in a cozy, nice small hotel in the heart of the city. And the breakfast: it's amazing! :) If you need a hotel, don't search for an other one! Took this hotel because their reviews were pretty good and I fie on what most people said the deal is a little dry they don't speak any language other than the Italy (very little qualified staff) the rooms for my taste very small and not at all clean US D They attached a roll of toilet paper already used, the heating does not work like almost the rest of the plugs very little recommended (the location of the hotel is in a slum where everything you see in front are beggars sleeping in the street and fights and voices.

Some of the rooms do not have heating, which makes the room too hot or cold. In general the rooms are in good condition and without slightly modern.

It was a good stay for 2 nights and I definitely recommend it.

The hotel is ok to spend a few days. The bed was not very comfortable, the amenities were not those of a 4 star hotel and the breakfast left quite a bit to be desired (when I got down to 9.00 It was almost all empty). However the attention of the receptionist was very good and the location is very comfortable if one goes with a lot of luggage because the Termini station is in front and you do not have to make extra charges by taxi or mobilize with the suitcases more than a few meters.

The great scam the good situation, but after a 4 day stay there are several things to keep in mind say Wi-Fi but it is a disaster, and for worse after leaving the luggage in slogan when I come back to pick it up I say I broke a window and I have to pay €150 A scam attempt.

Serviceable hotel. Rooms were noisy as marble hallways and stairwells echoed and could be clearly heard within the rooms. The bathroom door in our room didn't have a latch on it and would open at inopportune times. Great location. All considered, it was alright — but you can probably do better.

The Wi-Fi is horrible and so is the service here. 4star they said, but there's no shampoo, soap or conditioner. They don't provide slippers like other 4 stars and the shower space barely fits one person. It's near to the termini so that's good, cause there's loads of shopping around. Also my basin was wrecked and no service was provided after my complaint. Anyway have a great holiday guys, and avoid the rude Indian man in the counter.

Good Breakfast, bad beds, small lift… overall not value for money … ok ok.

This was not a four star hotel I would give it about 2 +¾ the staff were a little abrupt and not very helpful. The room we were given was very small and the bathroom was tiny, breakfast was good and plenty of choice on offer. Okay to get about, but just not great. I would not stay here again.

A two star masked. Comfortable and cheap but a three star is another thing in my opinion.

The hotel is ideally located for transportation. On the other side of the Termini station, buses depart from Ciampino (CIA) and Fiumicino (FCO) airports. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The rooms are very clean. Breakfast is mediocre — but enough. You will certainly find more details about this at Holidaycheck and apart from that it is also a matter of taste. In the room, coffee and water were available free of charge. Perfect hotel for a short trip to Rome!

The breakfast poor, the staff goes out of help. It was light a full day and offered no solution or compensation. Disappointing as a bit.

No way it's a 4-star hotel. Thought I got a single room but receptionist insisted it's a double. Wifi very unstable. The outlet on the wall cuts the power at midnight. No scrutiny in the luggage room at all.

Good hotel. We had a really good time in Rome. The train and subway are about the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We stayed here on a school trip and it was awesome. The beds were comfortable and the service was great. It's convenient that it is right next to the termini. I recommend this hotel for anyone that is in Rome and looking for a nice place to stay.
