The apartment is quite good. We almost always travel as a family, there are 4 of us and what we use the apartment for is to sleep and a good bath after walking all day visiting in perfect.

Small but well-kept apartment, with a lovely terrace. Close to the Milvio bridge, excellent restaurants nearby and a supermarket a few meters away.

Very young and friendly managers are the owners of this property with really high standards.
The location is central and the independent check-in allows me to arrive at times even not too comfortable.

It's a very clean and cozy room. The location is perfect for tourists. I like the private bathroom. The infrastructure nearby are convenient. The host is very nice and easy to talk with.

I stayed in one of the rooms for 3 nights in April 2025. I highly recommend it for its value. Super good location, a few mins to the St. Peter and probably 10 mins to the Vatican Museum.

Agreed with other reviews, the value here is great, especially if you plan to just use the room to store luggage and sleep.

Ok, a week back from a wonderful trip to Rome, the location was good as it was in between the Metro and Vatican City. The room was clean and tidy.

I can't even fully describe how great this place is for the money you pay! First, the guesthouse is very close to the metro station and to the Vatican city.

The hotel is very close to the Vatican. Staff is very helpful and friendly, spoke English. Breakfast is simple but adequate. A/C was great, hotel was very quiet and clean.

It's a bit old but they managed to maintain it well.
I guess there are 4 rooms only and has a common area.

In summary the owner of the place is extremely nice and friendly, he goes as far as to recommend restaurants and locations to visit.

Great aparthotel location, near the Vatican Walls (300m) and the Metro station Ottaviano on Line A red, on a quiet street full of restaurants (Italian and Asian).

We stayed at Vino e Oli for ten days in September, 2024. The location is excellent, about a 10-minute walk from the Vatican. However, the area, Prati, is not overly touristic.

Georgia and Asia are so helpful in reception, able to assist in enquires and tips for local area. Rooms are well appointed and beds comfortable.

The room is good, enough beds, new bathroom, good amenities. The only bad thing is that the internet connection is bad.
Now in days no internet is terrible.

Excellent place to stay! Easy walk and access to metro and bus station. It was really tidy and just a few rooms, so communal breakfast room was never messy or busy.

Cutest little hotel in a nice neighborhood close to the Clodio bus route. It was clean and had nice hot water. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots and pan.

Everything was perfect from our point of view. Fabio and miss Emi are amazing persons with great personalities. The room was to our liking + very quiet.

Great place to stay — near the Vatican. Super friendly host. Spacious room for 3 people, 2 adults and a teenager. Some maintenance was going on in the building but that was no problem.

The apartment is in a great location, close to everything. The rooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable. A good place to stay in Rome!.
The Wi-Fi did not work at all during the entire stay.
