Amazing hotel! Staff were so helpful, the room was spotless! Would definitely stay here again. Literally a 10 minute walk to trevi fountain, lots of shops, cafes and bars nearby.

This was our second stay here during our visit to Rome and it was just as wonderful as the first time. The suites are absolutely beautiful and everything was spotless.

After a truly disappointing Airbnb experience, booking a suite at this hotel completely turned our trip around.

I was blown away by this hotel. It is half way between Termini and the main historic sites of the Colosseum and the Forum.

We really like our room. It has a king size bed and large bathroom. If I have any con, it would be that they do not have coffee in the room.

The property is ideally located directly across from the Colosseum and close to the Roman Forum. While Rome is a great walking city, the metro is just steps from the room making getting around easy.

B&B in an apartment full of character and charm giving a flavour of life in Rome. Room was very clean, light and airy, a welcome change from small hotel rooms.

This B&B is perfect for a short break in Rome. The location is perfect, just 2 minutes from Cavour metro and lots of independent shops bars and restaurants. Everything you need.

I was concerned after reading the reviews however I had nothing to be concerned about. The hotel is a short walk from the Termini Railway station and on the 70 bus route.

The accommodation is very close to the Colosseum, which is not reflected in the price. The room was clean, towels and toiletries were provided, and a package of sweets awaited guests.

The Place was really clean good perfect location everything to the core the host was 11/10 definitely recommend.

Beautiful building in a top location in Rome, at a 5 minute walking distance to iconic places such as the Piazza di Spagna or Piazza del Popolo. The flat we stayed in was cosy and comfortable.

Staff was fabulous and so nice. Lots of steps in the hotel. But they do have an elevator. Rooms were nice and large.

This is a lovely guest house In a great central location. Spotlessly clean, rooms cleaned daily, fresh towels and a comfy large bed.

Nineta was very kind, very romantic and clean rooms, free coffee was delicious and free luggage leave. Perfect for loving couples.
