A quaint hotel with superior service. Pros — good location for public transportation, excellent breakfast, very comfortable room.

Stayed in room 111, was a wonderful stay with a very friendly host. The room was well equipped with towels and toiletries supplied as well as a communal coffee machine and fridge in the corridor.

Great location near Roma Termini. Room was a bit small but for 1/2 days it is okay. It was clean and hot water shower was also working fine. You can find so many eating and grocery options nearby.

Clean room. Friendly staff, always available. Very close to metro. Highly recommend.

The room was clean, owner friendly, not much English but it didn't spoil our visit. Be careful around Rome it's a bit dicey around the city.

Super location at the 4th floor of an Roman building. Nice rooms with air condition. Super friendly host creates a nice breakfast, if you‘re booking via B&B in Italia.

The hosts were excellent pleasant and helped us in everything we needed.

Lovely staff. Super nice old building with quaint lift. Tea and coffee in the room was great. Cleaned every day. The location was superb. Couldn't have asked for better.

Where do I start? Well I spent 4 nights in Walker rooms in Rome and literally just slept through the night then off out and about every morning early.

The staff at the property are very friendly and welcoming, they tried to make everything easy for us. The rooms are very clean and well kept.

Lovely bed & breakfast in a great area. You are close to the Vatican, yet in a very local non touristy street.

This Hotel is in the heart of Rome and a very good location. The HOST is a very nice person and very helpful and available all the time. Speaks good english so no problem for any one to visit.

I booked room in December for couple. It has good location: near metro (5 minutes walk), Vatican (20 minutes), Tiber river (2 minutes).

Perfect B&B in a perfectly quiet area of Rome.
This place is top notch. Located cute Prati. There are very few tourists around as you are surrounded by locals.

The room is super modernly furnished, the host is very approachable, the location is excellent (bus 916 is 100m away that goes to the Vatican, the Colosseum), breakfast is classic sweet Italian, free

This place genuinely surprised me in the best way. The check in was mildly awkward on on my end but the young lady at the desk was lovely. The room was clean and updated.

We had a lovely stay at Nox in Prati. The hotel is in a great location, close to the Vatican and in a very nice, quiet area.

I had a very good experience staying at the hotel. The rooms are extremely clean and well maintained. The reception services are very responsive and on time.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, quiet, and beautiful stay. 10/10.

We had a wonderful stay. Cecilia is extremely kind, friendly, and very professional. The lady in charge of cleaning the rooms is also truly professional and does an excellent job.

Spacious room, very clean and well furnished. The structure is located in a quiet and peaceful area from which it is easy to reach the centre.

Great location if you are coming from the airport and for exploring Rome itself is within 5 minutes walk of Tiburtina Station (and Metro).

We arrived an hour early and upon calling there was a bit of an issue letting us in. But once that was sorted, it was smooth sailing.
The room is a good size, the bathroom very big, clean and modern.

A wonderful hotel! Our room was very clean — small in size, but comfortable. The room also had a small balcony overlooking the inner courtyard.

This was a very nice stay at the sleeppo b&b in Rome. The room we stayed in was pretty big, very clean and had a wonderful atmosphere, the bathroom totally sufficient.

Rooms are great, single beds only keep that in mind. I do have to say that everything is comparably old and the floor is loud. But you will have a great stay here!

We were hesitant at first. I travel for a living and usually do not stay anywhere that is not at least a 3 star hotel. With that being said this place was wonderful.

For this price everything was very good. Clean rooms with everything for living. Nearby Metro and bus (3 Mins walk).

Great location, fabulous room with shared kitchen space which was spotless. Coffee pods were the best I’ve ever tasted. Extremely happy.

We visited Rome for 4 days (3 nights) and during that time we stayed in the Capricci Romani BnB. The rooms were very cozy, with nice beds (really enjoyed sleeping there ahaha).

This was a nice bed & breakfast in a convenient location, near the Vatican City. The neighborhood felt safe too. The room was clear and comfortable.
