We had such a fantastic reception from the front desk. Yolanda and The Grey hair gentleman was so friendly and made us feel welcome from the minute of arrival. I will surely visit the hotel again, great location. The friendly staff allowed you to rest and relax.

The hotel is well connected to some of the city's main attractions and with a walk you can get to Termini station, the main station from which buses, taxis and trains depart. The staff is friendly and ready to give you a lot of information about the city. In general the hotel is small but well looked after, clean and has everything you need for a pleasant stay.

The location of the hotel is quite noisy as all means of transport (trains, trams and cars) that cross the area create a vast amount of noise and especially at night. It is far away from the centre and you have to walk a long distance to get to the metro station. Althogh most of the staff spoke english, we had a problem with a reseptionist who did not understand english very well. We experinced a very disappointing incident because of his missunderstanding.

Good hotel but on the main street.

Not the nicest exterior, but that is more or less the same for the whole surrounding area. But once we got inside we were greeted by a very friendly man who spoke very good English, we went to our room, very impressed by the beautiful interior design. Our room was also very clean with all the facilities being clean, accessible and good to use. It is also only a short (10 mins or so) walk to the colluseum. So although the surrounding area is not very nice, the hotel itself is extremely nice, thoroughly deserving of its 4 star rating (mine and the others)

The hotel is located in the vicinity of Termini train station. Just from below the hotel there are several means to terms where the Metro branches off in various directions. The staff at the hotel is kind and friendly, willing to indicate how to turn the city and what to see. I found the room cozy and clean, a bit disturbed by the strong passage of vehicles and cars in the busy street under the windows of the room, but the window frames are quite soundproof. Overall I had a great time.

Great boutique hotel not too far (5 tram stops) from the city centre train station (Termini). Lovely, friendly, helpful staff. Clean hotel. The free Wi-Fi worked fine. Definitely recommend.

I stayed in the hotel for 5 nights. The rooms is modern, big, nice and clean with air conditioning. The stuff is friendly and professional. The breakfast is not that generous. The location is near the bus/tram station, but far from the metro station. The room could be quieter…

Great hotel and friendly staff. Not the perfect location within rome, but enough possibilities by public transport. The only comment we had was that the floor carpet wasnt clean.

Nice little Hotels, pro and cons of a small hotel, but very nice employees. And a very good price also location is not bad, some restaurants near by. Great price performance ratio no doubt about it. And good Coffee.

Great Hotel, nice service and near the places where we used to visit. Good presence, clean and cosy. Excellent treatment. Thank you also to the receptionist of the nightshift for those talks and talk to me a little bit of the city of Rome.

Lovely clean great staff.

Very discrete hotel. Lovely inside and very impressed with room. As its a small hotel staff are very friendly and always said hello and good bye as we were passing. Nice walking distance to Colosseum and easy to get to train station, metro, trams and buses. Only down side was that it is on a busy road so the noise was constant, but good glazing meant it wasn't to bad.

Everything that is written and shown on the website of Hotel is true. The staff are delightful. The only downside is the lack of signs (apparently related to bureaucratic problems) so one must give the exact address to the taxi driver. For those who want to walk the walk & iacute is suggestive in San Giovanni Laterano and thence proceed along via Merulana to Santa Maria Maggiore. To return the thing migliorte you take the tram on via Giolitti near termini station.
