Even though the reception is supposed to work 24 hours a day, I had to wait for an hour and a half until someone finally came to open the door for me. Apparently, the owner had sent me an email telling me she was going to be a little late, but I never got it. Breakfast couldn't be worse. I was supposed to share an already open milk carton with people I don't even know and the pastries and cookies were anything but fresh. The area is extremely noisy and Termini is far from most tourists attractions. Bedroom and bathroom were okay though. There is no staff in the house to solve any kind of urgent matters. If something happens, you have to call this lady on the phone or sent her an email. I would strongly suggest looking for another place to stay in Rome.

I have made a booking through Bookingdotcom on April 5th, and I received the confirmation right away. On April 19th, the hotel took the money from my account, and on April 21th, with only 4 days before my trip, Bookingdotcom canceled my booking because the hotel overbooked, stating that the refund will be processed in 10-12 working days. No other solution. If this is not a scam, I do not know what it is…
