A bit difficult to locate, breakfast could be improved by adding fresh fruit and boiled eggs, at minimum. Very friendly, helpful staff. Good for the price paid.

Obscene place. Bad services and cleaning. All the material in the rooms is malfunctioning and destroyed. They change the sheets rarely and towels every 2 days. Traces and stink of mold ovunqie I marvel at booking that allows it to be published on its site. Shame.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Poor Wifi, change of sheets not every day, towels every 2 days. We never found the toilet in the room without complaint: sometimes without toilet paper, no trash, no general toilet, uncertain hot water and top, open room.

Not bad located but the room has nothing to do with the pictures, they do not replace the bath gels three nights we passed there and at the end we showered only with water, we did not see the TV and the breakfast very justito no return safe.

We have had to stay at this hotel for the inconvenience we have had with the hotel we have booked, it did not have the hot water so we have moved to this one of the same category. You Can't say much about this hotels are two stars like others that are in Rome. Although If you look the photos and what awaits you in the room there is discrepancies. I Also want to comment on the possibility of learning Italian in our stay. And The good thing you can learn at night from 9:00 p. M. Until 12 pm there was a grupopito of Italian boys who can teach you. It Is A good technique to learn because being lying down and almost asleep you can memorize the new language better. I Also want to comment on the rainy days in case you stay on the sixth floor, it turns out that when it rains there is a chance to make a mix between being in Butter and shower as from the ceiling drops just drop to the Butter. But If you have time for a good shower I suggest that you open the tap let the water run for a while as the hot water delays to warm up.

Small Hotel, in a palace with other hotels (I had never seen a hotel like that). The reception staff friendly and also available to leave there luggage in case you arrive before check in. Clean and tidy rooms. Do not expect a palace, but to lean a night or two is great. And at the price!

Hotel of 10 The rooms for as are the hotels in Rome this very well and clean the staff helped us in everything that was in their hands very friendly all I give 5 star.

Horrible Hotel from every point of view. Bugs in the rooms, they tell you that you change the towels every 2 days! And then it's a lie, I was 3 days and never changed.
The breakfast was very good.
The rooms on the third floor are in deplorable conditions higienicamente, not to mention the bathrooms…
Personal treatment with foreigners is reportable, they try to swindle as soon as they can, they stay the bail.
In short this hotel should not have a star.

Breakfasts for groups in my opinion upgradable. It also has no means to accommodate as many people as it can in their rooms. Too many plants with a tiny elevator and as a summit some staff member quite unfriendly.

Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights but this was not my original choice due to an unexplained change. Budget just about describes this place, room was basic, bathroom was adequate, Wi-Fi virtually non existent, TV channels only in Italian and I seemed to be in a dead spot for reception on my phone. Good points were that it was warm on a particularly cold weekend, and the location was excellent for walking to the major sights. To sum up this place if you set your expectations low you won't be disappointed.

Friendly rooms available clean and nice close to public transportation.

Run down, not well maintained. Spent a while waiting for staff to get back from a break, so we could check out — not pleasant if you have a plane to catch.

The hotel is only a 10 minute walk to the central train terminal where the metros stop, but actually the city itself isn't a bad walk either. The room was spatious and very clean, but the shower was a rigid overhead shower which only pointed straight down. Overall we enjoyed our stay, the bed and pillows were very comfortable and good Aircon too.

Surreal experience: clogged shower, spotted bedspread, Wi-Fi weak, did not remake the room on the second day of stay, the remote control of the conditioner does not exist (the guy from the reception, after questioning my request because it was Sure there was, I proceeded to satisfy her), at 7.00 jumps from the bed because the room is close to the breakfast room. All this at 40 euros per day. I have no words.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was a bit short, the room lacks a bit of maintenance it could not use bad paint and change the shower head to a non-fixed.

Room was cheap, bed was hard, every voice from up, hallway and outside come through to room. Reception was excellent.

Overall good experience at this hotel. The reception gave us a bit of a bad vibe because we didn't see any signs that signaled it. The room we had first time was good although it had water pressure problems. The rooms are air-conditioned. The location is good although a bit far from the center.

Very good hotel in the center of Rome.

It was a very nice place to be in the room.

This is not a hotel for you if you are looking for luxury comfort in Europe. The walls are a bit scuffed, the elevator is small and a bit faulty, the beds and blankets are stiff — however, it is in a great location and for the cheap price paid I think it is a good option. My husband and I needed a reasonably priced location for several days in Rome and this was just fine. We were much more interested in spending money on our experiences in Rome than the hotel where we would only be sleeping. If that is your agenda, this could be your place. The staff are friendly enough, and English speaking, and there is both air conditioning and free breakfast buffets (albeit modest ones). Make sure you shower with the shower curtain inside the shower, or else you will flood the bathroom floor. Also, not included in the price of the hotel are the city taxes — 3.50 euros per person per night, which are paid at checkout. Altogether a very average place for a decent price.

Bad beds, bad Wi-Fi, bad Wi-Fi.

OK budget hotel in central Rome. But the lift is small and old-fashioned — and have seen better days. Rooms only at the upper floors of the building. Silent location in narrow side road.

Low price, low service… The staff was friendly and helpful.

Eating is very small and uncomfortable. The elevator is not going well and you have to climb many stairs.

My son and I need to find a cheap place to stay, hotel room was very clean, the staff was very helpful-even at one o'clock in the morning to come meet us at the airport, pay a taxi for us additional trouble. Hotel is located in the six-floor, with elevator, located at the center of all historical sights. Rooms very basic, but honestly, very clean, and clean the room service every day, I think the comparable hotel rooms and hotel.

The room was not as described. For one or two nights stay the accommodations were ok… The room was clean, the bed comfortable… the space was cramped. Very small. Had Television, Wi Fi, the security access to the room was great. No electronic lock on the room doors. (I like that) … There was a shower and private bathroom with clean linen every day… continental breakfast… the only thing I did not like about this stay was it was not as described.

Nice place ans room with balcony.

Our room was clean and with an okay size. It's fairly loud, though, and we hear noise from both traffic and other guests in the morning.
