Well… I'm biased. I work there… What customers often do not understand is that, being a historic building, it can not have huge rooms! But let's say that we employees always try with passion to do everything to make the stay enjoyable. Then… Well the location is prime, a short walk from Spain's square.

Nice accommodations in Roma but a little pricey for the amenities. The area around Ludovisi Palace Hotel is upscale and appears safe. Its a good walk to many of the sites around Roma as well as eating establishments. Unfortunately, the staff was not as accommodating as the room provided. As a customer, I was given the sense that requesting service would put someone out, which can be a little uncomfortable. The breakfast provided was nice.

Small rooms, claimed best views only view of building acrossed. Terrible Wi-Fi. Not impressed with hotel so far. The good, staff was nice.

Convenient parking because in the center. Expensive but not hexose. €2, 20/h or fraction of an hour. Crowded parking especially in office hours (the area is full of offices). The ZERO plan is all busy is reserved. To find the few free places you have to go to the planes — 1 — 2 — 3

We took an offer therefore for us it was good quality price, the front desk were very nice at all times. As it beats, the mobile signal almost didn't reach the rooms and the Wi-Fi worked fatally.

Comfortable hotel near via Veneto, renovated and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast and very friendly staff.

Staff at the reception, attentive to the needs of the clientele, and polite. Room (at least the one we intended) a little small but functional.

The rooms are not very large but it is well conditioned and it is quiet and comfortable.

Decent hotel. The rooms are clean, new and spacious enough. Breakfast is plentiful and correct also. We were however on the first floor and no door insulated from the noise of the reception on the ground floor. So we were inconvenienced by noises and unobtrusive visitors. We also heard our neighbors and the toilets from the top room. Air conditioning problem also: When we arrived it was very cold in the room. No heating possible at this time and the fact of cutting the air conditioning was not enough. Finally, the bathroom is glazed and no awning/shutter at the window. So we were awakened by the daylight that invaded our room. We had booked with an operator, €150 at night, this was OK. But I would not have paid €250 for such a standard.

Nice structure in the center. Very nice and friendly room. Very good breakfast service.

Hotel was clean. Was not as friendly as would have expected from a 4 star hotel. The 'happy hour' was not at all as advertised and the 'snacks' consisted of dry ham/tomatoe rolls' cubed cheese and wrinkled olives. Was not worth the money at all.

Great quiet Hotel, in the real center of Rome. This will allow you to reach the most important museums and monuments. Easy to reach through a romantic walk through the streets of ancient Rome.

Great location with famous piazzas and hotspots at a walking distance, very clean and an exceptionally welcoming staff :-) overall, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay at for a weekend getaway.

Excellent hotel to stay in Rome, well located away from the noise and in an exclusive area but very close to everything. Breakfast enough to start the day. There are garbage cans in the rooms, and if you leave empty containers on the night tables do not pick them up. Firm but very comfortable bed and bathroom with double sink and shower with good water pressure aunq little narrow. Check rates on the hotel's website before booking for another page. Ahh there is a stop for the Turibus a block away! I would definitely come back here!

Great hotel within walking distance of many of the main sites of interest in the city, but is off the main roads so it feels quiet. Good breakfast, helpful staff. However, the glass walled bathroom was a bit un-private.

Nice hotel in a lovely area close to center. Nice and quiet refurbished rooms. Breakfast is very. Nice and included. Wi-Fi could be better but it's free so can't really complain. Prices are decent and I believe slightly cheaper than others locally. Overall a strong option if you want a decent place in a nice area in the center of Rome. Recommended.

Cutest hotel, great rooms for a great price. Amazing location. Receptionists aren't very helpful though (but that's maybe because they don't speak good English). And I had a funny incident where I came back to the hotel late (around 3 am I think? ) and the hotel door was closed! Thankfully after a knock and a timid "helloooo? " A guy at the reception opened for me lol.

Very crowded but charming place behind via Veneto two steps from via Sistine and Piazza di Spagna.

I was only there two nights in Rome. The hotel was very clean, great loccation, good staff I would definitely stay there again.

Staff very friendly and competent clean room, well air-conditioned and quiet. It was a good choice for a good breakfast.
