Had the best time staying here! The location is spot on—super easy to get around and close to everything. But the real stars are the hosts, Francesco and Giulia.

Was a lovely hotel to stay at we thoroughly enjoyed our time here! Regarding the services you can tell the hotel is new which isn’t a bad thing they just have time to grow.

We stayed here with friends and had such a wonderful time!

Very central and the apartment is spotless.

So. After living here I can give a bit of insight about the so called “temple view”. There is room 401, 402, 403, and 404, possibly 405 from other reviews but I didn’t see that room number.

Unbelievable views, and the staff were SO nice. Great AC, location, Wi-Fi, and bed… omg the bed was ridiculously comfortable! Very clean and spacious.

Annette was a great personality and we enjoyed every minute with her. She was great with suggestions and also made sure anything we needed was solved.
Now, I love local hotel stays.

Located within a 18 minute walk of the Vatican and a couple of minutes of the Pantheon, it has been a great centralized hub for the stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

All condition is so good in this payment! Owner (master) is so kind, room cleaning is so clean (he folded my pajama well and cute on bed! ), and recommended the way to train station!

This was a comfortable, clean and safe accommodation that was close to all desired attractions. The layout of two beds is adequate for families up to 4 people. The staff were polite and friendly.

So pleased we chose Domus 21 Luxury Suites to base ourselves for our 3 nights in Rome.

1. Location. The location is great.

Garibaldi Suites was the perfect location. Right in the middle of awesome site seeing and fabulous shopping. Situated near many wonderful restaurants.
The host was very kind and accommodating.

My family and I had the best stay here in Roma! Excellent location in one of the most happening neighbourhoods. Kind hosts — Andrea and Nadia were so lovely! Can’t wait to be back soon ❤️

Lovely rooms. The restaurant is excellent the food exquisite. Close to public transportation 2 blocks up. Loved it.

House keeping is good, but still the pot stinks, maybe some problems with gutter line. I request hotel to take note of it, get the gutters clean. Else was fine.

We really enjoyed our time at the Vatican flat in Rome.

Wonderful accommodations and host! I wish I could give them more stars. We were a group of 13 and rented 2 apartments. They fit our group extremely well.

We had the best stay ever in Rome in the Vatican Charming Rooms. The rooms are amazing, wide and cool.

The location of the room very close to Vatican and Ottaviano Metro station makes it the perfect! The room was ok in the size, really clean and the most important has air-condition.

The stay at domus arena was excellent.

Perfect location—just a few meters from the metro station, which takes you to the city center in 2–3 stops and to Termini station shortly after.

Nice, clean and affordable. They clean the room each day and offer fruits, beverages, coffee and fresh pie for free.

After landing in Roma, this was our first B&B location. It was very well appointed with a pastry, coffee, teas, and fruits. There are 4 rooms total in this B&B. We had a bathroom within our room.

The place is near to the metro, clean, perfect Wi-Fi and room.

Good location near the metro, allows you to reach everything in a short time.

Booked this B&B with 2 friends as a special birthday treat. It was perfect! The room was clean and the fridge was always well stocked for our breakfast.

Steps from the Vatican is an ideal place to stay when visiting the Vatican and even Rome in general. Walking distance to many major sites and attractions and it felt very safe overall.

The location and Marco were awesome. The room was clean, but small! What a magical time to be in the center of everything awaiting for the new Pope to be named. Weloved it!

Great location as hotel is very close to the city centre. Prices are quite reasonable and breakfast was also included. The hotel and the rooms were very neat and clean.

Considering the price it’s a great option — the breakfast was nice, the coffee machine worked well, we booked the connected rooms and had 2 single-bed and 1 double bed. It’s also clean inside.

This is a great hotel in Rome, situated a bit away from the city center, which I actually appreciate.
