Room clean but a little essential. Breakfast is excellent. Staff helpful and polite.

It was a very pleasant stay. Alice is very helpful and nice. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit the magical Rome, moving by public transport:in fact it is very convenient to the metro and bus stops.

Wonderful b&b in the center of Rome, only One minute away from a metro station. The hosts are very kind and helpful.

B&B at 5th! Wow!
We stayed at this b&b six nights. To welcome us on our arrival Alice, homeowner, very kind and helpful provided us with all the information of the case. Location completely refurbished and taken care of in the décor and details. The room is beautiful, clean and welcoming, with a bathroom in the room with a shower box, air conditioning and a terrace with awnings. For breakfast Alice alternated with Matthew, her brother, who was also very willing to fulfill all our requests. On the furniture of the room in the morning you could find brioches, fruit tarts, chocolate cake, donut, pancakes, biscuits with pine nuts and raisins, all homemade, milk, juice, yogurt, fruits, cereals, cocoa, biscuit slices, jams and nutella. They also made coffee and cappuccinos on request. Breakfast was plentiful and genuine, you could also enjoy it on the terrace where there were several tables.
The b&b is in a very good position, just a short distance, not even 100 meters, from the stop of the Ubaldo metro (side Valle Aurelia even numbers), in a very short time you arrive in the center.
We spent a beautiful week in Rome also thanks to Alice and Matthew, a regret to have to leave! We will definitely return to Rome and will definitely return to this b&b!
