International hotel, kind and polite staff, very nice room, quiet, (praise to the linen, the room and the bathroom, which was impeccable and soft). Great quality restaurant menu!
Nothing else to add except that I recommend it with pleasure.

I have enjoyed three nights here. The staff if helpful and gracious. Breakfast is good. We’ve had room service for dinner twice and it was very good. Nice to stay in after walking eight miles touring Rome each day.

Staffs are very helpful and excellent. They have an excellent service mind ; assisting us book train ticket with smile and nice conversation. (On July 21, 2019). Dinner at Moscati, nice steak and fine wine. Very impressive and thankful. Sudthida & Somporn.

Good room, good restaurants with tasty food. Wi-Fi service worked very reliably. Breakfast buffet was very complete, cappuccino machine was great. Room was comfortable although my shower had a faulty shower head. There is a bank machine ATM on the main floor: very handy if you need cash. Besides the two hotel restaurants, there are a few good family restaurants in the area. There's also a shuttle from the hotel to downtown twice a day!

Stayed for a few days. Wanted a king sized bed, "upgraded" to two doubles with view of St. Peter's. Very helpful front desk staff. Good breakfast (extra charge). Housekeeping was so-so. TV remote broken. Location A bit remote from Rome attractions, but close to rail service.

Three words can describe the Courtyard: excellence and professionalism of the staff of each department, quality of service offered and ability to engage the customer and make him feel as if he were at home. Really a Hotel with a capital H…

This hotel was very nice. The room was clean and the bathroom was spectacular, complete with a towel heater and marble finishing. I had a balcony with an okay view, but the weather was very nice and it was nice to sit outside in the evenings. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was reasonably priced and delicious. A really great perk was the hotel offered a €5 shuttle straight to the Vatican. Highly recommend!

Staff is extremely helpful with room service; tour planning; local dining options and transit ideas. In-house dining options has wine-bistro and upscale restaurant which serves lovely food with courteous customizable service. Nice vegetarian options too. Rooms are pretty spacious vs. Other European hotels. Only downside is the lack of tipping with credit card… so make sure you have cash on hand. High recommend!

Cozy and classy place, gent staff. Dipped them in a frame of green. Ideal place for a high-prestige medical Congress and with illustrious guests and speakers.

We were able to enjoy this hotel for 3 nights.
The hotel is located on the edge of the historic centre of Rome, allowing you to enjoy the quiet and have a magnificent view of the roofs of the Basilica of Saint Peter. It is very easy to get there by car with a parking available right across the street. And especially the hotel offers a shuttle every hour to reach the historic centre in 15 minutes.
The rooms are spacious and well appointed, we were fortunate to have a balcony with a view of Rome. The hotel meets Marriott requirements, quiet, clean, discreet and efficient.
We had breakfast at the hotel the 3 days, all the products we are waiting for are available and homemade pastries are to fall!
And especially what we enjoyed very much in this hotel was the welcome and kindness of all the staff. You feel like you are in a family hotel (well away from an impersonal international hotel), everyone folds in four to help us, advise us and feel the warmth of the Italians.
In short, we would return to this hotel without hesitation and recommend it to our friends.

Hotel 15 minutes from the Vatican by car and 5 minutes walk from the nearest train station to get to any tourist place. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the service was excellent. Breakfast is super full, not missing anything. The rooms are.

Hotel was okay. Staff tried hard. Iron was dirty. Gym is sad, and the gym downstairs (not affiliated with hotel is 10 euro). Breakfast is always the same and got boring after 10 days. Food at hotel was horrible. There was a few good restaurants near by. My other issues was the night before I was to leave, I asked for a 5 am Taxi. The front desk said it would be around $75. I sarcastically said, wow too much! I left thinking I had a taxi, and when I woke up, there was no taxi! I was almost late checking bags! Language barrier… but the front desk should have confirmed either way… Also, 15 days later and still waiting for my Marriott Points…

A hotel in Romain a quiet area with a nice view on the natural park of Pineto. Connected to the metropolitan train and the shuttles.

Hotel located quite well, there is a fitness center below the hotel which costs 10 euros and is really nice. There is a bike path and pedestrian next door that runs more or less 15k which is nice, maintained well. Normal room, some with a view of St. Peter. Easy parking. For those who will see the Colosseum every day, it is a bit far but for those who travel for business comfortable hotel.

Food & staff are great and friendly. The room was fresh and clean. The view of the St. Petersburg from the room balcony was nice to see.

The room was average. Because of over booking our party of 4 was asked to go from 2 room to 1 suite. We were only there 1 night. It was ok. Service was excellant. Transportation to the Vatican was excellant.

Hotel is adjacent to a huge wild park on a hill outside of Rome. Great buffet breakfast. Friendly multi-lingual staff. Shuttle bus to/from Vatican City for €3/ride.

Post-production conference dinner. Half sleeves All'amatriciana discrete, Saltimbocca to the Roman two thin slabs of salt covered by what appeared to be barbecue sauce. Tiramisu constituted from the 90% from what seemed to semifreddo to the cream.

I am a Professional Meeting Planner that organized a meeting in the hotel with attendees of 46 countries. Their convention facilities are excellent, several meeting rooms most of them with natural light. The Meetings Sales team offered an outstanding service with quick response and flexibility for the program requirements. Food and bevereage guys were awsome managing meals for the diverse range of food restrictions we had (vegan, vegetarian, food allergies, etc). Definitly we got a great price/value ratio in a very nice hotel.

Hotel adapted to receive several groups of seminarians. Friendly location and not far from Metro and regional train station.

Located close to the Vatican and not around the busy and crowded tourist areas. Yet it is only four stations away by the metro. The hotel has a shuttle bus service which is so convenient. Lovely hotel, well maintained, very helpful and professional stall all through. Lovely food and drinks at all outlets and a good breakfast buffet. The Wi-Fi is free and has a good speed. Loved my stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to everyone. It's more than a Courtyard brand.

Big, nicely furnished room with balcony and view of St. Peter's. Shuttle to Vatican City and back hourly except on weekends when mid day no shuttle. A little far from center but nice to be a little away from it all too. Good restaurant on site and nearby but HORRIBLE breakfast buffet and coffee. Deep bathtub was my favorite feature. Helpful staff too.

Service is good but the hotel needs to be remodeled. The rooms are late 50's, comfortable but old. The bathrooms are older than me. The front desk personnel are excellent. The rest of the staff are very nice.

Hotel itself is nice, they have a gift shop and bar and restaurant. The staff was very helpful in answering our questions. The location is not great. It is close to a train stop, but the stop serves regional trains that do not come very frequently (but do stop at all the stops through the city) and you are not able to use the Roma pass transportation on them. When they do come they might be as much as four minutes (that we experienced) early so you need to be there plenty early. The hotel offers a shuttle to the Vatican for 3 euros, but on public transportation plan on an hour to the airport and fifty minutes to the Colleseum.

The hotel is very nice and accommodating. Cleanliness is excellent and the ladies are very helpful. The restaurant is very good, the food is very good and every day have a new specialty. The bistro is simple but very well looked after. Even here the food is good, with a chance to get a few dishes at the restaurant. The appetizers are delicious and the barmen are ready for every request. Lovely helpful staff, always friendly and with a smile. I was a guest for a long time and the staff has always been very congenial. Their strength is the high professionalism combined with humanity now not always present. I highly recommend booking this hotel.

Very nice hotel. What I expect from a Marriot. Shuttle service to vatican City for 3 euro per person. We walked from vatican to all the sites and took shuttle back to marriot. Also hotel close to metro. Breakfast is not free.

Located behind the Gemelli hospital, very well connected with the Vatican (Shuttle for only £ 3 each way to/from the Vatican) and the City Centre (train only 8 min. Valle Aurelia Metro station).
We had a room with a romantic view of the dome *-*.

It's a little out of the way, but clean and modern interior. Staff speak good English. Many rooms have balconies.

Everyone at this hotel cares deeply for their guest. Samantha who checked us in was amazing. Fabrizzio the front desk guy. Riccardo and the other amazing bartender. Provided excellent service. The room was nice and clean smelled good. Food was delicious. We dine at the bistro and had the chicchetti who was recommended by one of the bartenders and we loved it. Will definitely stay here again.

What I love about Marriott Courtyard is the no frills, yet upscale, environment. The hotel had everything at my fingertips without having to hunt down services. ATM in the lobby, restaurants, hair salon, and of course fast room service, made my stay there wonderful. What I loved most about this Courtyard was it's suburban location. After a long day in central Rome with all the noise, congestion, etc, I would retreat to this suburban location with tremendous views of Central Rome (Vatican) while being able to see the sunrise and hear the morning birds chirping away. While sitting on the balcony reading a newspaper / book. What great value.

Marriott hotel is Marriott Hotel, nothing to say. The staff understands that a great restaurant on site, every hour there is a bus to the Vatican, which is very convenient. But there is one but it is not clear why the Mets did not pose competition to the same Hylton in the free Internet (very high quality) or free parking (in Venice at the Hilton free parking in the underground parking), but in general we all liked nice hotel albeit with me issues.

Nice peaceful place. Excellent view, Average Gym, Good Restaurant, Prompt and efficient service The big drawback is distance from places of interest and the shuttle service timings are not fully flexible.

Platinum Member-30 year old couple-April 2011 from Canada Two single beds despite platinum status; even though king was guaranteed. 5th floor of 6. Non smoking floor. Decent size european rooms. Clean. Good size balcony facing St Peters and downtown Rome. Gym sucks. Internet kinda sucks, and despite Platinum membership they want to charge (Will wait to get back to North American to call platinum line and remove charges-arguing here is waste of time) Everyone at front desk tells you different story on everything. My wife found them very rude, especially the women. (?! ) Hotel breakfast is good, restaurant has good service, but food is average. Price is average. $50 euro for 3 course meal w no alcohol. Not around ANYTHING but residential area. Free Shuttle bus into Rome is best feature! I mean good hotel for business traveller, or vacationer looking to spend minimal time in clean safe hotel. Secret Tip-Metro Gemicelly (SP? ) is right up the street, and although it is very sketchy looking at entrance and subway deck; it provides free service into Red Line Metro which goes in and out downtown at far better hours then free hotel shuttle. Just think; spray paint NYC subway system but free. We took it one stop to Bulgari (SP? ) to a nice 3.5 star restaurant called Caprelli and had dinner and vino on the patio and took free subway home. Better then hotel experience.
