We had an amazing stay here! It felt like a bit of a hidden gem, and it totally lived up to our expectations.
We booked a triple room for three of us (along with our other child in a separate room), but the triple room was so very spacious it could easily hold four people if needed. The bathrooms were also large and featured a great shower and a bidet. We even had a lovely little mini-balcony with a view overlooking the city. There's an elevator to the third floor, though we mostly took the stairs for a bit of exercise!
The room amenities were a lifesaver: a mini-fridge stocked with drinks (crucial in the extreme heat! ), some snacks, and a coffee machine. Everything was clean and ready to go. There isn't a ton of clothing storage, which might be a bit tight if you were staying longer, but since we were only there for a few days, it was totally fine for us.
While the front desk staff aren't on-site 24/7 (as they clearly communicate upfront), it was never an issue. They were super friendly, had our rooms ready right when we checked in, and gave us total ease of coming and going as we pleased.
Location-wise, it’s unbeatable. It's central and within walking distance to countless cafés, shops, restaurants, and the main shopping district. You can easily walk to the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. The Colosseum is a bit further of a walk, but still very manageable, and you're surrounded by endless gelato shops and great cafés.
