I'm not sure what this building originally was but it had been converted to a self-sufficient aparthotel or whatever the correct name is.

It was really cool because of the way you enter the room, building and apartment thru a digital key. Also the room is super clean and very modern design.

This place was wonderful. Very clean, comfortable, & updated. It is an apartment with three individual suites so the building is residential.

I have had a wonderful stay here! The location is perfect – right next to the beautiful Villa Borghese park with several museums just a short walk away.

I loved this hotel! The front desk staff were incredibly nice and welcoming. The place was spotless, the bed super comfortable, and the area felt very safe and central.

This property was an excellent B&B, with private bathroom, table and chairs in the room, with a shared kitchen. It was very close walk (10 minutes) to Vatican City.

The B&B is really very nice. It's a few minutes' walk from Piazza San Pietro. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe. There are a lot af cafes and restaurants nearby. The room was cozy and clean.

Rooms have everything you need. Comfortable beds, good size rooms and bathrooms. Very authentic Italian vibe when enter the property.

The hotel is conveniently located, there is a train from the airport stopping nearby and the metro with connection to the Termini train station is also close. The rooms are clean and well equipped.

Various breakfast, nice host, cofortable bed and near to subway station with very easy access to vatican, termini.
The toilet lid was cracked, the host need to pay more attention to cleaning.

Great location. Rooms are clean and modern. Walls a bit thin but not a problem for us. The location is excellent, near bars and restaurants and the Colosseum!

The location for this b&bis AMAZING! you can see the colosseum from the outside doors! you need 2 pin codes to enter through the main door to the building and then one for the b&m itself so very safe.

The location is great there are close by great shopping area that you may avoid the crowded center… the metro is just by the room place which takes you to all the famous locations.

Great B&B, close to the Re Di Roma metro (3-4 mins on foot). Clean & tidy room, they also refill daily the snacks in the room, water, cookies, coffee pods.

Very conveniently located and so so clean! Alessandro was super friendly and easy to communicate with. Every morning he provided snacks and water, and the place is spotless. Definitely recommended :)

Overall amazing house and host. The cleaning lady in communal area was quite annoyingly disturbing the stay. Be careful not to bump into her.

Nice apartment! Clean and with comfortable beds! There is coffee and tea! Close to the metro, which takes you to the center and to the Vatican, as well as to the Termini station!
