A beautiful Hotel located in Rome in one of the most exclusive residential districts, where you can relax but also be close to the city centre and the tourist areas : the room exceptional and the staff very professional and helpful. Very competitive price

The service was great. I recommend this hotel to all.

The room itself was comfortable. However, without wishing to sound like a typical spoilt
tourist, there were a few things lacking. A kettle and tea/coffee are basics I don’t think are much to ask for. Had to keep reminding myself where I was, not at home. Breakfast buffet food that should have been hot, was cold. When a fellow traveller mentioned it to a dining room staffer, the disinterest shown was very clear. I don’t like not being able to recommend a hotel; however I am reluctant to recommend this one.

Room is fine with airconditioning. Unable to book for dinner as always fully booked, supposedly. Came with a tour and feel like a second rate citizen. Weren't allowed to have breakfast with other guests, stuck in a back room and offered cold prices of sausage, cold eggs, cold greasy bacon amongst other things. Not even a toaster of any sort. Considering how often Cosmos bring guests here, perhaps they should treat them better and not relegated to room service.

There were August 29-31, 2018. The hotel is not bad, out of disadvantages — far from the center, from the shops, the pets. For breakfast-coffee from coffee machines, alternated fruit, muffin, cheese, sausage, cookies, kefir.

We stayed in a junior suite on the ground floor, large room and in great condition. Excellent Wifi. Good dinner and lunch at restaurant, average prices. The only note on the breakfast too basic and with cheesy croissants. Recommended for those attending Olympic events, the 911 bus stops in front of the hotel.

Modern Structure, well-kept, Gestiya well. Elegant and functional Rooms. Apparently excellent Hygiene. Breakfast Buffet in the standard of a 4 star.

Not bad, clean and big place. I have seen rooms from 4 stars much nicer and larger however. Bad location as far as station or places of interest but in front of an ATAC stop.

I was not satisfied x nothing especially x regarding the very small and hot rooms because it did not work the air conditioning. Then they are not soundproof and the bathroom is windowless. It was a very good breakfast. Externally the structure would need a nice renovation! The hotel is in the middle of nowhere so you have to X force to have a half x go to the center of Rome. The prices x quality are high. Discouraged.

Hotel not really within reach of the center, suitable for those looking for tranquility and comfort. The kitchen leaves a lot to be desired but here you have to choose what interests you.

Great for those looking for a hotel to spend the night before or after having gone to the Olympic Stadium, as right in front of the entrance there is the bus stop that leads directly to the stadium (get up before the ticket). Structure apart from comfortable and courteous and helpful staff.

Hotel located in a quiet area, a little awkward at the transport level (although near there is bus stop of 911) and services (absent shops). For the rest this is a large hotel (frequented by groups), with spacious and clean rooms, abundant and excellent breakfast (bacon, eggs, sausages, fruit, cakes, pastries, juices, coffee machine, chocolate and cappuccinos). Equipped with vending machines for beverages. Not far from Ponte Milvio, where you will find some excellent locations for aperitifs and Pranzo7cena.

Nice, yet remote from city centre. Good neighborhood and nice facilities. Breakfast is a subject to a change.

This hotel is very racist. There are 2 different fruehstuecksraeume. One in 4 Star class, the other more a pig stall. I was sent out as Asian and sent to the pig stall. On request the staff was also very rude. At checkin, the older Lord gave me a very funny impression. Vll, this hotel is really just for Europeans.

Well, it's far from the center of Rome and the airport, and getting public transport is a bit daunting. My room stank when I first entered it, the was also mold in the shower. The walls are thin and I heard everything going on in the hallway add well as the rooms next to mine. The staff was nice, though. It's the only reason I'm giving thus place 3 stars. It's a tolerable experience. But rough if you're staying for more than a few nights.

The location is also good, though far from the center, but with transport problems did not arise. Buses go often and get on them quite simply.

Very scary in the night! Sorry to start with that, but hotels should be places to feel relaxed, not to feel surrounded by emptiness and darkness! It actually had a bus stop very close to the hotel. Still, it was kinda scary! My room was small yet cosy, everything was close, including plugs for chargers! Teenagers would love it for sure. The rooms were quiet, the whole area is quiet actually. Breakfast was amazing! Employees were great, yet you’re staying at a 4* hotel, this is the way it should be! I have to say, if you rent a car, the hotel can be a better experience! For my standards, it was a good experience that I’m glad I had.

The front desk was very lovely, and I he hotel was very clean. The rooms with different sizes and things (like bathtub) had the same price. The only thing that was odd.

Between various scales is very poorly accessible for elderly people and wheelchairs, despite being also property of the convent. Very poor food for lunches and coffee breaks. The reception staff and other employees are the highlight for their extreme kindness and courtesy. Possibility of parking and Nice vineyard at the back.

It is the second time that overnight in this hotel. Unlike the other was : the small room, the TV is located to the left of the bed, and to see it you had to sit on the bed to use the toilet you had to close the door otherwise you could not go there; patches of damp in the same; the night the air conditioners worked in bursts so once you had the cold and a time sudavi from the heat; in the bathroom, I did find a roll of toilet paper consumed in half. Good, as always, the parking and the breakfast is very good. Since I often go to Rome, I hope it has been a mistake otherwise it will not stay there again more.

Clean room. Ideal for work journey. You need taxi to reach the hotel or to leave it, because bus and tube ar quite far from this location. It is a very silent place to rest. The breakfast is plenty and quite good.

Relaxing Location, immersed in green, central, quiet, has parking included, rooms are modern and well maintained, restaurant very good advice to a good carbonara, good breakfast, pet-friendly, in my case, the dog, last but not in order of importance the professional and courteous staff. The council, for simplicity, hospitality and service.

Worst four star in Rome, too much sound from the neighbour. 100€ of tourist tax for 7 day, too far from the center of Rome, very difficult to access. Staff very annoying. Fly your fools.

Bad location, no sound insulation, we live with neighbors of rooms morning and evening. Minimum 35 min to reach the center of Rome.

The hotel got a 4-star rating by some tragic mistake. Rooms are old and outdated. The breakfast is basic. Half of the rooms are not possible to use as they face the inner yard where the ventilation system works — it sounds as a jet on take-off. Cleaning staff woke me up at 8 in the morning by bumping into the wall loudly with regular intervals. Therefore I asked the reception for later check-out to get some sleep. My request was generally rejected with the motivation that the hotel is "fully booked" and "all the staff is very busy". Of course none of these were true — the hotel was literally empty and the staff including the reception clerk were spending time drinking coffee and chatting in the back room when I came to check out. Actually the reception staff — especially an important middle-age man there — is the worst part. He talks to customers as if they owe him a large sum of money or he is some sort of a police officer interrogating a criminal. I suggest that if hotel owners are interested in improving their hotel they should fire that person first thing.
