The place is pretty well located, at about 10-15 minutes from a Metro station, 40 minutes walk to the Colosseum.

A very good and comfortable B&B in one of the best area in Rome.
You get a really big room with own bathroom and own place in the fridge.

We had a bit of a wait to get in, but once when the door to our room was opened it was so much nicer than I’d expected from the reviews.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Ottaviano metro station, making it easy to explore Rome.

Nice rooms for a reasonable price. I appreciated the large shower and high, mounted shower head. Reliable maid service. Close to Metro, bus stops, restaurants, laundry service, and shops.

Very good location. Walking distance to the most of the city and very close to Vaticano museum. Metro station is close by. Breakfast was a nice start of the day.

Very lovely place. The host is very helpful. We had to check in past midnight, he kindly waited for us and opened the doors.

This is the perfect place, you have the advantages of hotel and the advantages of b&b. It is clean and professional as a hotel and cosy as a B&B.

We found NIK by accident when our prior accommodation failed to provide us a room, we were desperate to find another accommodation nearby and we came across this place. We absolutely loved our stay.

This is a lovely, old apartment which has been converted into 3 suites.
I stayed in the room with blue wallpaper, which has a bed that other reviewers have said is too small for 2 people.

This was the star of the accommodations of our Euro Trip. Has all you need to feel like you are living in Rome, the kitchen is great and the host make you feel like home.

The Suites are fresh beet looking and comfortable. Not far from the train station. Lots of restaurants nearby. The manager is very helpful and can speak English.
