Kindness, availability and efficiency.

We overnighted before flying out of FCO. The hotel staff were very helpful, especially at check-in, setting us up with shuttle service.

We booked for one night as we had an early flight via Fiumicino airport next day.

Location is great, breakfast is rich, rooms are gorgeous and really clean. Marianna, the maid, is super friendly and helpful. 10/10

The room was great. It was very warm, clean and had hot water all the time. Very value for money. The shared spaces could have been a bit more clean.

I recently stayed at Rovati Guesthouse, and it truly felt like a home away from home.

Update 2024:
Stayed in the same location again but new room, also with a view. Still one of THE best spots to stay in Rome if you are interested in seeing what the city has to offer.

My friend and I came in from New York both exhausted and wanting to check-in immediately.

I absolutely loved my stay here. The room and communal areas were spotless and it was lovely and quiet.
