I understand it is a 2 star, but it doesn't mean to be poor in everything. Starting from the entrance of the building where Smdenteo a door there are rubbish baskets, crumbling and slushy stairs, lift to say the least unstable also lacked a button, to get to the rooms cleaning poor little bathroom where reigns Sovereign smells leaking from the drains, faucets obsolete, curtain for the shower tray not to be worthy of assessment dust everywhere… And then we're going to make a poem, the only good thing maybe it's the ticket they give for it. Breakfast at. Bar in front, of respect to the hotel and 5 stars. Never more mismanagement.

Classic hotel of Rome, nothing special, unconfortable bed.

I've read the bad reviews before I booked, but I wanted to save some money and choose to still go ahead. All was really 'ok'. However, read on. I could bare with the bedboard that was loose and made noise, I could bare with the toilet that kept on flushing, I could bare with the slight cigarette smell, I could bare with hearing the next room snoring guests — but I absolutely could not stand the checkout process where as soon as I opened the room door, a short, round Indian 'troll' lady ordered me to pay the room tax, and was leaving my side until I did, like she was a police officer making sure I am not escaping. It is the craziest experience in all my travels. I wasn't sure if this was a scam, as I prepaid all beforehand online. Also, I didn't have the cash, so I handed my credit card, which they wouldn't accept because it's a "government tax" I found that suspicious, if it's a government tax, would you like it better that it's paid with a terminal? Anyway, since I didn't have cash, she said I had to go get cash on the street. I said, okay, let me go get it. She ordered me to leave my bags there in the hallway while I go get it, I said absolutely not! So she followed me down the 5th floor staircase down to the street and followed me to the ATM machine. I was so pissed. Then I got the cash, and still on the street I told her that I am not paying until I get a receipt for this so called tax. She said I had to go upstairs for it. Which 'we' did.

Not pleasant in general. Lack of cleanliness and arrangement. Broken shower. Room without bathtub or hairdryer. Air conditioning not available. Wi fi Arancelado.
Breakfast served in a bar just a few meters from the entrance. Located half a block from the train Terminal (Termini). They book with cards. But in the Hotel charge rate and other only in euros (cash).

We were unloaded sa another hotel that did not want us for credit card issues at this hotel planet which greeted us with kindness, we received a room with simple but not broken furniture, functional and clean bathroom, comfortable bed, new TV and Working, Wi-Fi often overloaded but acceptable during precise times. International staff but especially Italian during the day, polite and helpful. Good position, 5. Floor with elevator.
I would stay here again.
And thanks to the planet staff for welcoming us after we were dumped by that other "hotel"…

Horrible! Nasty! A friend who stayed here the last night of a visit to Rome, since he needed to get to the airport very early, reserved and checked into the Hotel Planet, in the same building, but they actually put him into Hotel Rubino on another floor, which they obviously own. He woke up to his body being COVERED in BED BUG sores! When looking at older reviews, I find more of this. This is not just uncleanliness; this is beyond nasty and they should be shut down by health authorities. I intend to find out how to report them and do so. They obviously care so much for money and so little for human beings that they consciously allow bed bug infestations to fester, then put tourists who are only staying one night into these rooms assuming it won't matter if they complain. Absolutely unacceptable. If I am required to give even one star, it is way too much. I would give minus 4 stars if possible.

The only good thing about this place is that it's near to the train station and kinda cheap.

It was not the best place to stay but its place was great.

Good place to stay in Rome. Good space in the room. Very friendly staff and good information.

Freaky place, only to wait for an early train to the Rome airport next day.

The only good thing is the location (1 min from the Roma termini train station)

A lots of space to improve, lift, bathroom, bedroom, corridor, in a way everywhere. Charge tax in cash.

Suitable for a simple passage to Rome. Cheap, just a few steps from the train station. Noisy and very unsympathetic staff.

I was disappointed Hotel planet Milazzo Dirty is the staff especially a sturdy girl not available ever better to sleep at the Termini station!

Hotel has come down, service is poor, breakfast is poor not clean rooms, mold are the last, never in the bath, mattresses again!

Very nice hotel but the Wi-Fi was very slow.

Used in case of need to no sleep at the station causes a delay of tenitalia and coincidence. It was the cheapest. Run by the East, which have increased the price, although booked through booking. To reach the room we had to leave the hotel Planet and enter into a different Hotel in a nearby Street. Room not very clean and the bathroom creepy. Of course, better than sleeping in Termini station …
Nlon recommend … only if taken wrong, for the lowest price!
