Hotel Suite Caesar

This place was simply terrible, we really regret not just cutting our losses and going elsewhere.
It looks like a proper hotel on the listing, but is instead half of a floor of some random apartment building. There is a tiny lift servicing the whole building, which fits only two people without luggage and is crazily slow.
The soundproofing of the rooms is almost non-existent. Our room opened up directly onto reception, and it was impossible to sleep after about 6:30am due to all the loud talking and crashing of plates from breakfast (also served directly outside the door). One particular staff member was straight up hollering from 6am the day we checked out.
The man covering reception night shift smokes incessantly inside the reception area.
The entire room smelled of urine and was not well cleaned.
The bathroom was just disgusting, we somehow felt dirtier after showering. The shower is tiny, drains extremely poorly, and has a gross shower curtain that touches the bidet but you can’t avoid having touch you while in the shower because it’s so small.
Our fresh towels were left sitting on the bidet, so naturally those weren’t able to be used.
There is so blanket/duvet. Just a thin sheet. There is a duvet tucked away in a cupboard, but they don’t have a cover for it and given the unclean state of the rest of the place, I don’t expect it is ever washed.
The bed is very hard and uncomfortable, and only one pillow per person.

Very nicely located, near Roma Termini and many resturants. Cozy bedrooms and fairly charged breakfast.

PROS-
It was super conveniently located — like less than a 5 minutes walk from Rome Termini.
Exit Rome Termini at Via Marsala (one of the two with the huge video screens over the exit), turn right (towards all of the scooters) and Turn Left at the street with Hotel Mirage on the corner. It will be on the left side.
When you arrive, press the buzzer for Hotel Suite Caesar, tell them you have a reservation and they will buzz you in. Once registered, you will get the door code to let yourself in and out of the main exterior door, in addition to old school keys to the hotel’s main door and your room.
There is a restaurant right next door, in addition to many shops and restaurants at Rome Termini and in the surrounding streets.
The beds were comfortable. The AC nice and cool.
They have a variety of water, beverages and snacks at reasonable prices available at their 24 hour desk and we felt comfortable coming and going at all hours.
The woman working the front desk was super nice and hospitable. We got towels as needed no problem.
Also, note: They will give you the code to the exterior door of the building. However, they neglected to tell us where the code box was located.
We came back that night and didn't see it anywhere (as we were looking near where you buzz in) — only to have someone else walk up and show us that it's not near the box you buzz when you first are checking in to be let up. It's actually built into the door frame itself (on the right side).
