Staying in this apartment is a great pleasure. Clean, close to the center and public transport.

Very convenient, easily accessible flat with modern equipment and cosy furniture.

Definatley worth the walk through the beautiful alleys to the magnificant Colossuem.

Really good place nearby termini station, a bus and a subway station. The host was really friendly and even brought us drinks for free. Everything in the room was either new or had just been washed.

Rome nicely on a budget.
+ Travelling as a family of 5 (3 older sons), this room was brilliant for its location.

The place is peaceful, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxation. Rooms are beautiful, and the service is outstanding. A must-visit.

Beautiful hotel, however I would not recommend booking an economy room.
The economy room is to the side of the main hotel. The room is beautiful, but very small!

I spent there five nights in the summer of 2017. The place was clean and about 5 minutes from San Giovanni station.

Reviews made me a little nervous. Pleasantly surprised. Booked this trip with my mum. The location is fantastic. Metro close by & close to shops & landmarks. Room clean and basic.

We chose this hotel for the proximity to the Vatican City and overall we were pleased with the location, 5 to 10 mins walk.

Very comfortable beds. Nice location near Vatican. Very convenient for airport shuttle drop off. We were greeted by a very friendly staff member. Breakfast was excellent at the cafe next door.

What an amazing stay. Staff was very kind and knowledgeable and helped us navigate the city. Everything is walking distance, amazing shopping, restaurants, and a cute little market right next door.

A last-minute lifesaver — clean, kind, and perfectly located!

For me this was my third time that I stayed in this place. Domenico, who is the owner of this hotel is so helpful that it seems like he had been a long time friend.

Excellent little safe spot if you don’t plan to stay inside much. Bed was super comfy and having our own little fridge helped during the hotter days.

The room was comfortable and clean with a great view from the window and a complimentary Easter cupcake, they also served coffee and tea which was very thoughtful, it's a traditional residential

Very good location, 10 min away from city center, 10 min away from Vatican city, but quite.
The room is well done and clean. Enough space for 2!
