Lovely hotel in quiet area very close to The Vatican and within walking distance to other places of interest. Welcoming, helpful and professional staff. Comfortable and clean rooms. Amazing breakfast.

Nice old-school place right near the Vatican and the restaurants of the Prati district, including three amazing Osteria dell’Angelo, which is directly opposite.

The hotel is good and comfortable, no noises which is that I really like. The room is warm and clean. The location is strategic and not to far away from cafe, gelateria, and farmacia.

Lovely staff, they are very kind and polite.
It was one of my best hostels experience and of course the best in Rome.

Small hotel, not what you would call modern, but, basic. Clean accommodations, small continental breakfast available, small kitchen area where you could cook. Dishes and other utensils provided.

Ideal location 2 minutes from St Peter's and plenty eating places ; Small but very well equipped. Warm welcome from Frederika and made to feel at home. Very quiet at night.

Absolutely lovely. We stayed here for 4 nights in Room Number 2 and have never slept in such a comfortable bed. It was so quiet. Lovely quirky Lift to take you up to the 5th Floor.

Great location and great price, easy check in and check out, kitchen amenities shared with private room and modern bathroom. Right next to the Vatican, great restaurants, and many gift shops.

Valerio is a fantastic host, super friendly knowledgeable and kind! We took his restaurant recommendations and they were great. The suites are in a perfect location and you can walk everywhere.

I spent 4 wonderful days at this excelent location. Shame on me for not booking more. Very nice, quiet, intimate and cosy location. Exactly near St. Peter's Basilica in the Vatican.

Loretta is an excellent host, providing a wonderful, affordable, and spotlessly clean accommodation. It surpasses the experience of some pricier, less tidy (hotels, hostels) I've encountered.

I'm baffled by the negative reviews. For the price we're paying, this place surpasses any hostel by a mile. We've had a pleasant experience so far, and the owner is exceptionally kind and attentive.

The hotel, although located on the outskirts of Rome, is located right next to the metro station (Finocchio) on line C. Peaceful and quiet, despite the "interesting" district.
