Staff were not very friendly at all, felt like you were bothering them when asking a question. Room was of very low standard with noisy A/C and no kettle. Restaurant is the bar is very average would need to leave hotel for proper drinks and breakfast is food mixed from the night before.

The location is all that has this hotel. Old and uncomfortable furnishings. From the elevator with which to fight to go up with the suitcase to the shower. Breakfast is something embarrassing. The staff, on the other hand, is friendly.

Despite being a humble hotel it deserves 5 stars! Very clean and spacious Hotel, nice and well kept room, the only downside was the lack of the bidet but otherwise I adored it. Very central location, we always moved on foot without any need of means and we shot pretty much all of Rome in two days. Very friendly and nice Staff and wonderful breakfast terrace! I highly recommend it especially to those who do not want to spend excessive prices, 40 euros per night for a hotel worthy of the name.

I definitely won’t request this hotel t anyone. Breakfast was horrible, room was dark and dirty, besides that a large neighbors dog barked all night every night. Didn’t get any rest for all the tours, couldn’t wait t leave.

This hotel is a clean, secure and walking distance to major attractions in Rome. Rooms were spacious and the staff was courteous. However, the night manager, Theodore was extremely helpful by giving us directions to sites in the city. He made us feel very welcome and he wanted to ensure his customers were happy with the hotel experience. I hope the owners of this beautiful property know what an asset Theodore is to their business. He is someone that would make you want to come back to this hotel over and over again.

You can only highlight its location. The rest is not good.

The best thing about the room, the bed, was perfect to rest. The hotel is modest and does not care aspects of importance, the room we got, a low inside an inner courtyard had damp and the solution with which fought was put a dehumidifier 24 working. It was not a problem because of the noise of the appliance, but if sometimes the noise from adjoining rooms, they are very badly insulated. Due to the humidity several parts of the wall had the paint peeled and the shower enclosure did not close well and there was plenty of water, yet we were able to rest well the 4 nights we were.

Disappointing. Staff friendly and professional but room with bathroom with paint taking off, moulds etc… breakfast Desastre. 8 Euros for a coffee and an inedible croissant. Damage! Would not come back.

Great room enough space for 3 beds. Front desk is helpful, But they do not exchange currency. There is elevator but its finicky, don't forget your room key. Hotel is very hard to find even with GPS. Its on the streets that run parallel to the main street on which hop on and hop off bus runs (between stop 7 and 8 — red line). Its convinent. Customer service is ok, better than other hotels. Telling you this after my experience with Devero international hotel. shady thing about the hotel, I was asked to pay a seperate hotel tax during the check out. They asked for cash. Their website did not inform me off that. Neither did the trivago website. So be carefull and souble check everything you are told.

Service was friendly and rooms clean. Breakfast was great with many authentic Italian staples as well as other continental items. Their rooftop terrace where breakfast is served is lovely.

They charge you sums that you charge twice, saying that you redtituirannp them after ten days, what scam is it?

Lovely hotel and its location is great however it is quite old with poor services. The elevator is different story I will leave it for you to judge but if you have too much luggage it will make your life difficult…

Small hotel but very close to the historical centers. Without luxury but honest services. Has a rooftop terrace for breakfast and bar in the evening.

Check-in: 01-06 June, 2017 ROOM 402 Location: Very near Trevi fountain and Spanish steps. Staff: All of your staff are very helpful and friendly. I have no problems with them. Even the room and lobby cleaner, and the breakfast kitchen staff are friendly. It is unfortunate that I will be giving a bad review based on your room. Room: The pictures on the website are misleading. I selected a room which says, "Standard Double Rooms or Superior Double Rooms, recently renovated with an elegant and modern design. " But the room that we got, room 402, is not. The walls of the shower are broken (see picture). The room itself/assigned to us is not modern and it looks old especially if you compare it to the pictures on your website. You should also post pictures of your elevators. The elevator leading to the breakfast looks modern and bigger. But the elevator leading to the hotel floors is old and too small. I am not sure if the hotel will be able to do something about it or if they can change the elevator and make it big. But I believe the elevator should be posted so that your guests will not be surprised. It can fit three people IF you are small. But I have seen other guests that can only fit one person plus two luggage then the other guest will have to wait until the elevator goes down or he/she will have to go up using the stairs while the other person is using it.

Central location, friendly staff.

The rooms are very noisy and there are no blackouts and mosquito nets. The bathroom had a window not completely opaque, lacked the bidet, to be in Italy you can not define a 3 star hotel. The only positive side to the central position.

I have booked through Agency to stay for 4 nights in this hotel. Though, I've looked at the photos before making my decision — all rooms looked cozy, clean and spacious. Reality was absolutely different. The room we were initially settled (420) was small, dark, and there were stains on the sheet — this was immediately noticed. The bathroom was so small, that I couldn't even fit in the bath cabin being fit body type. We requested immediately a change of the room, but were told that it could happen in the morning. The next morning, the same girl who advised of the change, acted like its the first time she sees us and tried to explain in a very bad English that we cannot change the room. Such an insult! Then said that we paid for a "standard" room rather than "modern" whatever that means. Eventually, another receptionist came into our argument and gave us a key of another room to see if we like. The room was 104 and even if it wasn't anything like the photos, it was rather better than the first one. So we accepted it. The room itself was very old, I'd assume this is what "standard" means, but at least clean. The main issue with this room was when the "neighbors" turned on their air conditioning the noise was really loud. God bless thee ear plugs otherwise, apart from the unpleasant experience in hotel we would have to miss sleeping as well. I wouldn't recommend this hotel, as is beyond what a hotel means and should be.

The most: warm and pleasant welcome
Terrace with a view of the city calm and well equipped.
The less: uncomfortable bed, old, and spring, we feel them well.
Cover of the Middle Ages.
Old bathroom and joints starting from everywhere. Do not run the water too hard or it overflows.
The noise… horrible, door and Windows letting pass as well the air as the noise. No need to wake up in the morning and good luck to fall asleep.
Short 3 days past the bottom, bad back, bad sleep.

Well located in Rome, a few steps from the Trevi Fountain. Many monuments are walking from the hotel. Lots of restaurants, bistros, bars around the hotel. The breakfast on the terrace is superb but the bar the rest of the day is not well stocked. The room and the bathroom was very very good. Service at the friendly counter. We liked it a lot.

Hotel in a very central location, pity that it is its only advantage:
The elevator needs the card to work, and most of the time it doesn't recognize it. The bathroom in the room, at least in my own, did not have the bidet and the shower showerhead. Breakfast is not included in the price.

The clothes are not clean. The bulbs don't work. The Wi-Fi is not available anywhere and for 3 nights I was told that the problem will be resolved tomorrow.
The air conditioning does not always work and not properly.
The staff takes the customers for cons.
Except the night staff who will try to help you.
In short I advise you strongly.

My sister and I stayed here for 4 nights and we have no complaints. It's in a great location, a 15 minute walk to the Trevi fountain and maybe another 10 minutes to the Pantheon. The room was a perfect size and always clean, and the Wi-Fi was good. The air conditioning is a plus as well. Our room didn't come with free breakfast, but there are a few cafes nearby that are reasonably priced. I would definitely stay here again.

A new hotel, with a fantastic, super location downtown and very close to all the places of interest to go on foot. Room very clean, spotless bathroom. They cleaned daily and changed the towels also. He did nothing noise, very quiet. WI-FI is going great, until we saw movies on the tablet. He was worried about all the negative comments that I read but the truth is that none of them turned out to be true. Recommended 100%.

It is the fourth time we have stayed in this hotel. It is just near the Trevi Fountain which is very central. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, refurbished and spacious. Breakfast is served on the rooftop which is just beautiful. Will keep coming back.

Beyond that is a few steps from the Trevi fountain and the Spanish of Spain, there are common but essential amenities nearby such as supermarkets, tobacco shops and hardware stores.
Behind there is a public car park with the same hotel.
Only drawbacks are the architectural barriers present in the new section.

The staff friendly. The decor in the room is not in the best condition, especially bath or shower. But clean.

The idea was to get a good hotel deal in rome or at last a last minute discount. We got both for a hotel located a few minutes from the pantheon. We got a good deal for a hotel we did not really know we would like or not. We ended up booking the Its central position offers guests the great convenience of having all of Rome's most important archaeological sites, monuments and museums immediately at their reach, accessible by foot, by bus or by underground railway. The National library, the Diocletian Baths, the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain, the Colosseum and the Roman Forum are all within comfortable walking distance. A warm, refined environment greets guests on their arrival at the hotel. Guests seeking to make their stay in Rome, whether for work, holiday or study, just that extra bit special will find the warm welcome extended to them by the hotel precisely what they are after. One piece of advice, if you want last minute deals, the best thing is to check online offers.

I booked a room for 3 nights in December. I made the reservation in the month of October.
3 days later sumptuous reserve because it was an unforeseen and we could not go.
What was my surprise that, without stepping on the establishment, I get an fee of 135 euros VISA: — ()
The penalty for "No Show" was not applicable since I warned with much more time of 48 h. Prior to the arrival date indicated.
Not is if it will be better or worse, in any case, I recommend that in the event of booking you give them any number of credit card or any money in advance.
